History

Established in 2011.

THE BASE: Indoor Baseball & Softball Training Facility was opened in support of El Paso Border Youth Athletic Association’s mission. With our efforts combined, we work to create educational and developmental opportunities by advancing youth baseball and softball to its highest potential.

Our 14,000 square foot facility houses 9 batting cages, Iron Mike pitching machines, and 3 regulation-​size clay pitching mounds. THE BASE is open year-​round to provide a training space for competitive individuals, teams, and fun-​seekers of all ages and skill levels. Our services include: lessons, cage rentals, facility rentals, camps/​clinics, and educational workshops. We pride ourselves on providing players of all ages an experience that promotes sportsmanship, instruction, teamwork, respect for, and enjoyment of the game of baseball and softball.
