Studio 209

I went last month to get a pixie, and I must say it was amazing! I have gotten pixies before and I always want pretty much the same style, but no one had gotten it right, until I came here! I think the lady’s name was Nina, I must say she did an awesome job and I’m totally going back again. Best place ever, service super quick, it was not expensive (haircut, shampoo, styling, and a styling cream I got… All for $ 80 including tip) I have gone to more expensive places that don’t get it right, so worth every penny!

A friend of mine referred me to Crys and I am so glad she did! I have a lot of hair and am very particular about layers. Crys listened to what I wanted and took her time. She made sure my layers were even and I absolutely love the cut! I will definitely be going back to see Crys for my next hair cut!

This was my first visit to Studio 209, and I’m quite happy with the results. I’m growing my hair out for my wedding in July, so I just went in for a baby trim. My total came to $ 42 with tip for a wash, cut, and style. This is more than I would usually spend, but their service and free mimosas make up for it.
The appointment was fast and efficient, lasting just about a half hour total. My stylist (Bianca, I believe?) was chatty and friendly without being overbearing. She was confident with the scissors, brushes, and blow dryer. At the end of my appointment, she briefly tried to sell me the smoothing serum she used on me, but didn’t push when I declined. I appreciated this!
My hair now looks nice and refreshed. I will be back for another trim before the wedding!

Love this place! Finally found a salon I feel comfortable going to. Crystal listened to what I wanted and gave it to me. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing experience at Studio 209 with Alejandro! I went in and told him what I was thinking and he made it happen. The end result was better than I expected.

What a classy place! Complimentary cocktails, friendly staff! My stylist Nick Sierra was great! I just moved to El Paso from Las Vegas Nevada and his skills are on point! I definitely found my place!

I never go back there. price was $ 170 without tip but not good work at all :(

I got a haircut by Bianca. She did an awesome job! I love it! She cut like 6 inches off my hair and styled it very beautifully. It’s too bad I’m from out of town because I would come here every time.

I had an undo done for a holiday ball yesterday and OMG amazing! The hair held up through dancing for hours and sleeping on it! Only one tendril curl was messed up really but it kept snagging on my dress but dammmmnnnn so many compliments and it was amazing! Thank you Nina!!!

It was my first time there. I decided to give it a try after seeing the reviews. I got my hair cut by Jessica. She did a great job and did exactly what I asked for. I went back and had a Balayage done a couple weeks later by Crystal. She did a beautiful job and I’m so happy with the service! I don’t think you can go wrong with any stylist. Both Jessica and Crystal were so amazing. Highly recommended!

I discovered Studio 209 thanks to Unilocal!I was in desperate need of a hair cut in time for a wedding. One of the best aspects of this hair salon is their flexible hours and availability for services. Other salons I called either weren’t picking up their phone even though they were supposedly open, or weren’t able to see me for another week! Crystal was able to fit me in the same night I called and my hair cut and style were fabulous! I get compliments all of the time. I am looking forward to my next hair cut with Crystal!

This place is great! I had my hair done today and it was perfect. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with scheduling. My stylist was Arelyn. She spent probably 15 minutes with me just discussing what I wanted, looking at pictures I brought in, and explaining what would look best for my skin color and gave shape. I couldn’t have asked for better results. I love my hair and will continue to come back here.

I’ve been here for a cut and recently went for color and I’ve been so satisfied with all services received.
Both times I’ve gone with crystal and she is hands down the best!

I went in to cut my long hair and I was quite nervous since I went pretty short but Jasmine was more than helpful did a great cut and walked me through it all. Easy to talk to and made great suggestions I will defiantly go back :)

Five stars once again! I had an appointment with Crystal at 2pm. I arrived roughly at 1:30pm and Crystal had me in her chair at about 1:40 — 1:45pm! Perfect for my busy day (fifteen to twenty minutes early!) Prior to my being greeted, I was offered a complimentary cocktail, as usual, and I have to say, even though I never finish the drink, that black cherry mimosa is so delicious I can’t refuse! Crystal remembered my main goal which was lightening my hair and getting rid of all the reds to try and get me to blond again (my natural color). She asked whether I wanted golden or more ash tones, and I asked for more ash tones (I just don’t pull off the golden tones very well). Crystal suggested we start with highlights due to the fact I had so much red in my hair, and to prevent damage. (Awesome!) So she foiled me up and we got started! From beginning to end, Crystal was great. I’m not much of a talker when I’m in the salon chair, like some people are, but she was so on point with everything that she did. About an hour and a half through getting my hair worked on, she offered me another drink, water, tea, or coffee, I declined as I had a water bottle in my purse and was quite content, but the offer was so nice! I’ll be making another appointment in a few weeks or so (again with Crystal, I have to admit that once I find someone I can trust with my precious locks, I have to keep going to the same place!) I am so satisfied with the color we got from the highlights and even though it’s not totally blond, Crystal left me feeling VERY confident when I left. She also blew dry me out and styled my hair before sending me out the door! The only thing I regret about this visit, was that I had received 10% and STUPID me, I tipped on the discounted price rather than the original, meaning that I accidentally under-​tipped her and I feel awful! However, when I come back for my next appointment I’ll just have to over-​compensate for my silly mistake.

The atmosphere here is really relaxing. Yes, complimentary alcoholic drinks, water, and coffee. I had an appointment with Jessica and she was great! She did my highlights, hair cut, and style. She also suggested some leave in treatment and shampoo and conditioner. Make sure you get an appointment ahead of time because people book spaces there, if you are a walk in you more than likely will be requested to make an appointment. I definitely recommend Jessica and to call ahead of time. Highlights were $ 65, cut was $ 25.

I am out of town and being able to find a place to do my hair done was a little nerve racking. I finally found this place near Horizon city and I have to tell, since the first time I call the service in this place is fantastic. They did not had anything available for he hour I requested, however they find the way to fit me in. As soon I arrive for my appointment my hairdresser Nikki totally got my style. I loved her and I will recommend her to any Unilocaler. She is friendly, courteous and super delicate with my hair I felt I was having a massage. Thanks you Nikki for the gorgeous hair you did on me.
