Do not buy tea from this place! They do not know how to have the tea ready and tastes like nothing but flavored water with no fragrance. What a disappointment.

Got a caramel ribbon crunch Frappachino this morning and they made it exactly how I ordered it. Extra caramel, and extra crunchy things. I liked this Starbucks because it’s not my usual one, and they were pretty quick and nice about my order.
I’m glad I found this location because I can always stop here if I have an early morning appointment on that side of town.

My favorite Starbucks in EP. Their drinks are always consistent and made correctly –at least in my experience. If I need to do a little studying, this is where I usually go. I’ve rarely had trouble finding a place to sit. Also, every once in a while, an employee will make rounds to offer you a free sample of their pastries, so that’s a plus. I’ve found that if you’re in a rush and there’s a long line at the drive-​thru, you won’t get your drink any faster by going inside. The drive-​thru has priority. One time, while going through the drive-​thru, they didn’t charge me for my drink because they said it took too long. Although, I was grateful, I didn’t think it was extremely long of a wait. But who am I to turn down free coffee?

Ridiculous how i’ve been getting a cup of water with a bit of Matcha added to it for flavoring for such a long time… and now they want to not only charge me more for it… which wouldnt be a problem if they didnt want to charge 75% more… they acted like thats the only drink ive only ever gotten… gonna find a new place to get my coffee now… and buy me my own matcha to add to my regular water… thats ridiculous #starbucksripoff #anyoneknowagoodcoffeespot

Convienent location. I enjoy their fast and friendly service. They baristas make an effort to remember the regulars and their crazy orders. During the morning rush the layout of the parking lot can be a little difficult to navigate, but that Is the only downside of this location.

This a great location! Very close to 375, so this makes it easy to get coffee on the way in and on the way home. I have never had bad service at this Starbucks. The staff is quite friendly an the drinks are typically crafted to Starbucks perfection!

Went through drive thru today for an iced caramel macchiato half caffeinated, they were pretty fast and made it decent. Was amused at yet another guy working register for drive thru that felt the need to greet my dogs with a, «sup?» Lol… MEN!

This Starbucks is actually quite a treat! From the highway the location would suggest to be smaller than it actually is, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much seating room there was available. More importantly, it’s actually very well lit, whereas some stores have that dimness that makes you sleepy if you’re trying to read despite the fact that you’re drinking coffee. I’m also a fan of the patio area, again, lots of tables, but also, sunroof and fans.
My drink was prepared quickly and I had no problems with it, I can also vouch for the cakepops being yummy. I didn’t experience much of a wait for ordering, but beware of rush hours as there’s a hospital across the street and a high school not too far away.

I’ve had my drink screwed up so many times by the afternoon and night shift and I’m just ordering their standard drinks nothing special. I have 0 complaints with the morning shift.
