Manager

Julia is our new Office Manager. She joined our staff in October of 2015 and is excited to be updating our office and automating our systems to make checking in and appointments easier for our customers in the very near future our customers will be able to book boarding, grooming and Doggy Daycare appointments online. Julia is a pet lover, owner of 2 Min Pins, that have traveled with her across the states.

The customer service is really good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I would not recommend this place if your dog is shy. My puppy is very shy towards strangers and other dogs. The closure where he was put in is next to many other bigger and louder dogs. He was very afraid and is still a little traumatized even after we brought he home. Also, when I went to pick him there were uncleaned feces in the enclosure. He is now hiding under the couch to sleep, which he doesn’t usually do before his stay at Spa for Paws. This is just my experience.

Excellent groomer service!!! They did my miniature schnauzer and my silky terrier. Best groomer we’ve had in all the duty stations we’ve being. The groomer listen to what I wanted, even though I didn’t even knew how to explain myself!
The customer service is excellent. I’m so happy I found this place!

Spa for Paw’s is fabulous! Judy is SO helpful and pleasant. She patiently answered all my questions. My 1yr old German Shepherd is like a child to me so it was very important to find a place that I could trust with my baby. The location is clean. They have different play areas. The prices are amazing. They are flexible and work with your schedule. I highly recommend it! :)

Took my pups to the Spa for the week after Christmas. One of the pups has back problems and they took great care of them. When they didn’t eat on the 2nd day, they called and ask if they could give them canned food. I said yes. They ate and then they weaned them back to their dry food. They did great with my dogs and I would take them back anytime!!!

We’ve been boarding our pets here since December 2011 and we love the staff, and our fur-​babies enjoy it. My pets are very important to me and I appreciate the love and care they receive. Judy has been an outstanding person to work with. She knows them by name when I call to check up on them or make an appointment, and is very prompt and efficient when booking stays. She seems to truly enjoy taking are of this facility. Our pets never fret when dropping them off, and are always happy and healthy upon our return.
They’ve always had space when we’ve called, and also have a 10% military discount!

New to the state we received a recommendation for this place from our boarding facility, Howl –A– Day Inn. They were right on the money! We went here for grooming of our 9-​month golden retriever and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and homey environment. Our Stella always comes out looking and feeling great, and the pricing is consistent with most places we have previously taken her in other states. They offer different types of washes, mini and full, and they offer add-​on services as well (my favorite is the teeth brushing!). They also do daycare here, and I have heard great things from talking to customers I have met at the dog park. Overall great experience and we will be here on a monthly basis!
