Bad business, poor customer service. Called to see if I could get my car in the following day. I was told sure. I asked when they open and I was told 9 am. The lady on the phone told me to come in around 930. I show up at 915 and the place is empty. My wife and I wait as she was taking me home after I was to drop the car off. Nobody shows up till 945. I go inside and of course the person applying the graphic isn’t there. So I can’t even speak to him and get any input. Needless to say I am not going to leave a 70k dollar car in the hands of a business that doesn’t even open when they say their hours are. Let alone leave my car without even having the opportunity to speak with a professional. This is just poor business practice and unprofessional. They deserve very little business.

Rigo’s Graphics, is joke I waited over a year to have stripes done on my car and was given the round around, the owner does not have the guts to tell you he can not do it, «come back tomorrow» and tomorrow never develop. Before you go there find some one else he is not the only Graphics in El Paso, good luck if you go there.

Price is fair and vinyl laid to my vehicle was very good, but expect it to take double the time you’re quoted.
If you’re in any sort or rush, bring a way to leave OR expect to spend the full day here.
They did cut me a price break for the wait!

I went to this shop to have two small decals made. One involved one color and the other was a two color decal. All of the employees just ignore your existence. The owner or manager I assume approached me nicely and took care of me as the employees discussed their weekend. He told me that the next day my decals would be ready and at a reasonable price. I went back the next day around lunch just curious of the progress. They were doing the same as the day prior. Standing around talking with not a single project in the works. I waited 12 minutes after they saw me in the lobby before they spoke to me. The lady responded rudely with «we will call when it’s ready». It has been three weeks and no call. I’d like to review a product but I never got one. Manager is a nice guy. Employees are apparently worthless.
