Bad service not very helpful staff when asked about another product of higher value. Not very intuitive of customer needs

One should never be motoring without carrying booster cables; you never know when you’ll need a jump or be able to help someone else with a jump. Since giving my previous cables to my daughter for her motor vehicle, I needed a new replacement. O’Reilly is an excellent source, and I am particularly pleased with this store because partsman Leonard was able to assist me. Another factor was that this store is in the Ysleta school district boundaries, thus supports Ysleta ISD, which not only provides me paid employment, but has also given both of my children great futures! Doubly, Leonard had been a student at Riverside Middle School, where I taught for 9 years during the ‘90s. Triply, the World headquarters for O’Reilly is SpringfieldMO, where my wife & I had resided for 2 years immediately prior to relocating here, in the Hidden Gem of the World. Besides all of those pluses, Leonard was also able to help me purchase a much-​needed tire gauge. This is a superb store for any of your motor vehicle needs.
