Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso Airport

Literally so happy we decided to stay here. They have this Monday night football social with cold cuts, chips, and lemonade. After a long trip, it was so nice to just come in, fix a sandwich, and head to bed.
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The staff is amazingly sweet! Valerie, the director of sales, was so nice. She took time to tell us about spots to visit in the town and was just overall super hospitable.
We plan on staying here again for sure!

First time staying here. When I checked in it took a while because the guy was new and he tried to tell me I had to pay more when I already had a locked in reservation with a certain rate. He told me I needed to speak with a manager in the morning about it. I can go on about some of the comments he made such as eluding to me «smuggling in a pet» after he told me about the no pet policy and I told him that I did not have a pet with me. The next morning I spoke wisdom wine else who took care of it so no biggie. The toilet in my room (402) felt unstable. The sheets on the bed are relatively thin and the housekeeping staff sometimes play loud music in the morning so on the one day of my work week where I could sleep until 8 it was ruined. But 4 stars because the staff were all friendly, professional, and courteous. The free hot breakfast has a variety of hot and cold options. The dining area is clean, spacious and inviting. The gym is 24/​7, small but clean and have a variety of cardio machines and a few free weights. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The airport is about 1.5 miles away approx 8 minute drive. There is a hotel shuttle and apparently it goes other places than the airport. I took the shuttle to the airport for my departure and there were two gentleman on there who were going to Best Buy so there must be a radius. I was displaced from my coworkers on this trip due to last minute reservations so this place is not my first option but if I had to stay here again, I would. There is no nice welcome for being an IGH member like with HiltonHonors but… oh well the free breakfast makes up for it to me LOL

Close to airport. Large dining room for continental breakfast. Suite rooms are very nice. Rooms are clean beds are comfy and every thing is in great shape. Kitchen living room and bathroom are all in great shape and clean. If I ever fly in here again I will definitely stay here

My wife and I were supposed to be driving through El Paso to get back home to San Antonio but had to stop here and stay the night as a winter storm had made road conditions dangerous along I-​10 in Ft. Stockton.
Checked in late and for only one night but everything was comfortable and clean. Attentive front desk staff, security guard walking the premises and a helpful breakfast crew. The room was just adequate but the bed was very comfortable and that is really all I care about on an overnight stay.
Checked in, slept, ate breakfast, and then left. Good experience overall and price seemed comparable to other area hotels according to Priceline.

Exceptional customer service and great breakfast! The room itself is quite clean and has everything one might need except a fridge. Wish we had te to check out the pool though (7am-​10pm operation times)

Clear, comfortable, standard Holiday Inn Express. You know what to expect and they don’t disappoint. No restaurants within walking distance, and the airport shuttle and breakfast operate late on weekend mornings, (had to get a cab to the airport for a 6am flight). Still, more than adequate. Note that rooms on the north end have a lot of highway noise,

Nice hotel. I am a raving fan of Holiday Inn and I will say the service I received as a late arrival was great. The rooms are clean, building is clean and I will stay here again. Breakfast is your typical pre-​processed food but the coffee was fresh. I have no issues with this location and would recommend to the traveling family or business traveler.

I had a good experience here, but its a Holiday Inn Express, so how high can you really rate it? Breakfast starts at 6:30, which is a bit late for me. Much of the breakfast food is pre-​processed. There is no restaurant or bar.
Recently constructed, so it looks new and clean everywhere.

So far so good! Rooms are nice the pool is clean and the service is with a very nice smile. Im happy!
