Formerly a division of DeWitt & Rearick Real Estate we formed Hiett & Associates Property Management, LLC in 1995 after purchasing the property management division. As of January 2013 we became Hiett, Pharr & Associates, LLC with the addition of principal partners Karen Pharr and Jason Hiett

Business Owner

Paul Hiett has been in the real estate brokerage, leasing and management business for over 40 years. He holds the Texas Real Estate Brokers License and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a graduate of UTEP with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is currently the President of Hiett, Pharr & Associates, LLC.
