A bicycle, regardless. if it is an upright or recumbent(like my tandem ‘bent Doublevision), is composed of many subparts, each critical to the safe. functional operation of the vehicle. One such part is a 16-tooth freewheel mounted internally within the stoker’s crossover bottom which allows for an Independent Pedaling System(IPS). Like anything, it can break, no matter how well the unit is maintained. I also knew that despite knowing the problem, I knew it would take the professional wrenches at this superb shop with the right tools to make this repair. Sure enough, Alex, Andy & Erik used their wisdom and strength to disassemble the chainring-hanger-axle unit, install a new BMX/ACS freewheel. They/Crazy Cat is where I go when my bike problems exceed my abilities and/or tools. I give the my «Wheel of Approval»!

EXCELLENTCUSTOMERSERVICE! I came in to see Frank for a bike fitting. He was willing to fit me in last minute since I live 3hrs away and didn’t know I would have time to come by after my previous appt. Everyone in the shop was nice and helpful and despite my bike not fitting on the trainer, Frank worked with me for a while to help my bike fit me better. Thanks for everyone’s time that day! :-)

This is a great place for bicycle enthusiasts. I wouldn’t recommend beginners start here unless you can afford an expensive hobby. I bought my bike on a sale at Walmart and brought it here to upgrade parts. These guys really know bikes. They’re very professional and will, happily, take the time to assist each and every customer with whatever they’re looking for. I will be at this store every time I have a bike problem or need another part for my bike. I recommend everyone that has a bike to take it here for servicing. Even if you know bikes yourself, it’s extremely difficult to compete with the knowledge and experience these guys have.
