CASA carpet sold me laminate flooring for a price per sq. ft. The box contained a different sq. ft./ box. I received more material than I needed, but when I went to return the three extra boxes, I was told that they only would return 5 cases or more and I would be charged a 35% restocking fee. When I mentioned the difference in sq. ft./ box and the unnessary 3 extra cases that I received, they claimed that I received more material than I needed due to a computer error and they could not be responsible for that. I’m stuck with over $ 100 of flooring that I do not need.
I do not recommend this business due to it’ s unethical charges and lack of customer support.

This place really does offer the most competitive pricing in town.
I’ve compared prices at multiple (too many actually) places. Some of those places had lower prices but I had to sacrifice quality and vice versa.
With the wide carpet selection here, I got the best of both worlds. And an excellent warranty to accompany my investment.
Very professional staff. The sales people are helpful but not pushy.
The next time I decide to recarpet my entire home, I’m not wasting time shopping around — coming straight here.
