I’m that one customer nobody ever wants to deal with, I’m your typical I wanna talk to your manager person lol it’s the truth… I work for customer service so I always expect the same type of service everywhere I go… With that been said, Johnny here at Avalon is by far the best service at any nail place in the westside. Willing to do whatever you ask without a look or attitude, like all those other places. Love this place and Johnny Service!

I got my pedicure done here the other day and have to say Vivian did a fantastic job.
Her art work on my toe nails is like flying dragon and hidden tiger. I would highly and proudly recommend this place to anyone that wants excellent mani /pedi.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and it was always perfect. I went in today asking for a specific design I wanted and asked if they were able to do it and the nail tech said he was. I came out with the ugliest design ever.

My gel manicure came out great, and almost 1.5 weeks later it still looks good.
The reason for two stars is that I was told one price and charged another. When I called to ask how much a gel mani was, I was told $ 20. Upon my arrival, I looked at the menu which confirmed what I was told. However, the man charged me $ 30, and even when I showed him the price on the menu he insisted on the $ 30, even though I had no extra services done. Very rude.

This place was great.
I took my mother in law here and we received great service.
Pros:
–New and clean
–They take competitor’s coupons
–Techs are from California and they KNOW what they’re doing
–Stamp cards for $ 5 off after 5 visits or if you pay in CASH
–They have shellac and gel manicures and it’s smooth
–Complimentary water bottles
–Mani was $ 15 and Regular Pedi was around $ 20
This place looks like it just opened so you can probably walk in like we did and get serviced right away. :)
