All About Flowers

Very nice employees/​owner. I had a surprise bouquet delivered from my husband, but that first went to my neighbors because I wasn’t home. When I got them, they were a little stressed, especially the starlight lillies. I called AAF to ask for a replacement for just the lillies, and she gave me a whole new bouquet. This arrangement has performed very nicely, and been a joy to watch the roses unfold and smell the wonderful lilly aroma.

Well what can I say about this place. I guess I can say I will never buy or recommend anyone to this so called“florist”. I ordered flowers online for Valentine’s from all the way across the other side of the world because I am deployed. You would expect my delivery of flowers and get everything I paid for. Most important part of it all was the message I paid for to be delivered in a card. No card found when it was delivered. Just flowers. I get it, it’s a busy day on Valentine’s. What upset me was when I called up the florist to ask what could be done, the «owner» Laura said she could deliver the card on Monday. I let her know that it was unacceptable. The whole point of ordering the card was so that it could be delivered with the flowers. I asked if there wasAnything else she could do for me? She said no. I then asked for the manager and she said as a matter of fact I’m the owner. I was floored. You would think she would have said our customer satisfaction is our priority like her website says. Or at least say, sir I can offer you 10% on your next purchase. I would have been happy with that. Guess what, I complained about her customer service and how she was not at all concerned about how they messed up. So I went online to complain and guess what? I got my $ 114.00 dollars back that I spent on roses. :D Thank you Laura. Keep it up, love sending free flowers.

Few places offer inexpensive quality dozen roses and this place does. Usually they have the dozen ready but I’d they don’t it only takes them 5 mins to put one together
