The last review is right these people have total disregard for human value. Treat people as they were nothing. They need to reorganize tell people what exactly is needed from them and give them a time period to do so not give false hope to people in need.

I can’t speak to the facilities themselves, but if the buffoons who handled the application process are the same people who are going to running the place, then I would prepare to live in a crap hole. I could outline an entire 3 month timeline which shows a gross ineptitude, very vengeful behavior, and in the end, several things that we believe violate governmental and civil code, pending the outcome of an official investigation. At first when I received a letter of adverse action I was devastated. Now, after piecing together the entire timeline, I am now thrilled. These guys are SHADY. The property changed management companies, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem were the two people handling the applications, which, truly shockingly, still had jobs once the management company switched over. I would have thought for sure they were part of the catalyst.
Anyway, if anyone wants any more details I will be happy to help. Just remember — if it looks too good to be true, it’s probably being run by idiots.
