Tech No 1 Auto Service

Went in today for a radiator leak inspection since my car overheated 2 days ago. Ben greeted me and took a look at my vehicle right away. He used a pressure air system to find for any leaks. Fortunately, there wasn’t any but he did notice that the top radiator cap to keep the pressure in was broken. He replaced it on the spot. Even though it was a quick little fix, I now feel confident that my radiator will function properly, thanks to Ben.

Ben and Crew work on all of our vehicles. Never had a problem. Charges fairly and most importantly, the do EXCELLENT work.

13 FEB 16 Saturday: Had rotor, and brake pads replaced. Price point amazing, quick service. I have no worries or concerns when coming here. Ben & the crew put their heart and soul into everything they touch. Can not thank Tech 1 Auto enough.

Came here because it was close and got stellar reviews. I like that the reviews came volunteerly (some businesses bribe customers for reviews). Seems like a great place and prices seem fair! The owner wasn’t pushy at all. It’s very busy. But he was able to get to tuning my car pretty quickly. He had at least two other mechanics working. Will definitely come back!

All I can do is repeat what everyone has already said about Ben and his team. Honest, thorough, and quick. He was a great recommendation, and I will do the same.

Ben and his crew was very helpful and reasonable with my vehicle when the door simply would not shut on a late Saturday afternoon before a long drive to the San Diego area, he got one of his guys to service my car for $ 50, when I had very few other options, they fixed the problem and I was able to get on my way in 45 min like he said, very much obliged I was and impressed!!!

I’ve been coming to Ben for quite some time now. Ben and his staff are wonderful people. He’s a really honest mechanic which means a lot when you hear all these horror stories about car shops. Ben takes the time to explain what’s going on with your car if something is wrong and what he’ll do to fix it. Not only is he honest, but he’s affordable in comparison to other shops. I always refer my friends to him cause I trust that he’ll take care of them.
Don’t believe those 1 star ratings. Ben gets 5 star ratings because he does good and honest work.

Please don’t believe all the 5 stars rated for this shop. He has his friends and relative rated for him!
The owner will base on how you look like to give you a quote (price). If he thinks you have money and willing to pay more he will find a way to make you believe there are problems about your car. He doesn’t have a price list. He just bases on his gut… LOL. I brought my car there to check my brake. Next day I have work so I asked my boyfriend to take it in but the owner forgot the conversation that he had with me so because my boyfriend appear to be a guy of course he then gave a different quote. Very un-​trust worthy shop! Please re-​evaluate all the 5 stars. If I can give ZERO star I would.

Ok, let me begin, took my car here and I called before I did. 3 days later my car was never looked @. Ben said he would call tomorrow, never did, I called and said my h2o pump was bad and it would cost so much to fix, and he was spouting off numbers off of the top of his head, my wife called to confirm price to authorize the work. Told her a complete different price. Ben just guessed and lied. There was nothing wrong with the h2o pump because we took it else where. Ben was quoting near $ 800. We got it fixed some place else for under $ 200, and had it back in hours. I’m suspicious of all the 5 star review, must be his own workers, also, when my wife went there to pick up car, workers were very inappropiate by there stares. Like they never seen a piece of ass before, I will never come here again unless I learn to speak Vietnamese…

My starter stop working on my camery. I called the auto shop to get a quote. $ 150 and 1 hour later and I was driving my car. Best deal in town and quick service.

I took my little beater in and drove out with a Lexus! These Guys are the best! With all the customers they have and only meeting them once for a few minutes, I walked up the next day and the owner Ben yelled out hey John! What a great feeling! I knew then my car was in good hands. What great customer service. After a few laughs and the owner recommending his favorite Vietnamese restaurant, I was out with a good deal and no bull****!

You know when you find that one mechanic that you can totally trust so much that you are willing to drive miles and miles to go to him because you know he won’t screw you? I can’t say enough about this place the service was outstanding the quality of work is outstanding and the owner and his workers are very trustworthy. I own several cars all of which the maintenance is done by Ben and his guys. I recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a honest mechanic with a solid work ethic and a high level of integrity. Prices are very fair especially for the quality of work.

Brought my car to this mechanic to have it checked out 12 years ago. Went to a mechanic earlier in that day, who told me it was going to be $ 325.00. After I met Ben, he charged me $ 5.00 and the car ran as good as new. I will refer this Auto service to anybody and everybody. Great customer service. From now on, I will be the number one customer at tech one auto. Thank you Mr Ben.

Oh 8÷19÷14 I was in El Monte and our car broke down, I was going to take it back to Burbank where I usually get my car taken care of, but the tow charge was $ 120 and that was with AAA so I looked up here in Unilocal for a local and trusted Auto shop, and THANK GOD!!! I found Ben here at Tech No 1 Auto Service. I can ‘t tell you enough about how great he is… TOTALLY Honest and is not about taking every last dime you have in your bank account. He was completely thorough with his inspection of the car so we did exactly what we needed to get the car back on the road and he also told us a few things he recommended to have taken care of soon.
It may be out of my way to get to Ben shop but it will be well worth the trip every time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tech no 1 Auto Service for ANY of your AUTO repairs big and small!

Ben is the man.
For mechanics its really tough who to really trust. Ben is the man to trust. He will look at your car. Give you an honest assessment of your car.
A mechanic up the street on peck told me that I had to do a full engine swap. I was looking at $ 2,200 replacement for everything. I searched frantically for an engine for cheap. I didn’t find anything. So I was due for this car’s oil change. Ben and his associates assess my car, found were the leaks were, I did not sell my car and the fix was a %75 percent savings as oppose to the guy to replace my engine.
Ben did a wonderful job and highly recommend to get your car looked at here. His work echoes referrals. Come here, they are legit.
