Waste of time!!! Acrylic don’t work had to come several of times to get the nails fixed RIDICULOUS!!!

Went in today at four to get my nails done with my best friend. Walked in at 4 the lady in the front told us one hour wait. I came back at 5 and. She insisted that she told me 5:30… She clearly had said one hour but whatever. Needless to say we were finally seated and started to receive our service. It was my first time, but Jessica did an amazing job, very friendly and quick. I dont normally get coffin nails when trying a new place cause ive too many bad experiences but i decided to go for it with her. I love my nails. Got a fullset and pedi for only $ 35. I gave four stars because i didnt like the attitude from the lady in the front especially since we waited around for an hour! Dont forget to ask for Jessica she was great though!

If I could give it no stars I would be sure to pay everything that you get done. Because if you don’t because of their own mistake that they forgot to charge you something. They’ll make sure to charge you the next time you come around before you even walk in.

My first time there I’m in love with a job and they have different options. Ask for Jessica she has really good ideas and she’s really nice and polite…

Always come here and I love that they attend you right away and you don’t wait and even if you do wait its not even 15 mins or even 10. It’s really good and the girls are fast. I got my nails done and pedicure and they charged me $ 37 I didn’t think it was bad for my designs.

The owner is very rude, he’s always hustling the workers and reminding them to hurry up. The workers all have been very sweet to me and do a nice job.
I have come in a couple times, but this time I only needed a wax. The owner argued with me about not letting me use my card because my charge wasn’t over $ 10, although they didn’t even have a single sign posted that said there was a $ 10 minimum. I told him he should posted somewhere so that I know before coming in, and maybe choose to go to another place if I didn’t have cash. The ATM inside charges two dollars. He was very rude and I don’t think I’m coming back to this place because of that. I also didn’t appreciate that they charge you one dollar fee to use your credit or debit card. At this teenage company shouldn’t charge for using credit card, especially not this place since it’s very busy and gets lots of clientele!
When I asked him do posted he responded with a careless «go ahead, go somewhere else»… Shows that the owner doesn’t really care for customer service.

I dont even know where to start with this… WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. i called beforehand to see if they did eyelash extension. guy on the phone said no. And i walked in anyways just to see the place and I asked some other girl and she said they did. they charge $ 30 for sloppy work. I went into the room and I asked her if I can have it look natural I didn’t want a dramatic look. And she just kept saying yes yes yes OK and I asked to see the lashes and she showed me they looked fine as a individual lash but as she was applying them I felt her stacking more and more. next thing you know I felt the pain and burn I asked why is it hurting so much and she said yes yes OK & I’m like hello!!! And she ignored me. I wanted her to stop so bad. And results of opening my eye was her phone in front of my face. she wanted a picture so bad she couldn’t even ask or anything. Such rude customer service. Never again for this place. if I can’t rate them 0 stars I would. Didn’t even consult with me with what I want. and I ended up with missing lashes and its uneven and I had glue on my eyelid. I just can’t anymore. Worst place ever.

I’ve been going here for nearly a year now and they have yet to disappoint me! Ask for Selena! She’s amazing! I’m always bringing in different images of design ideas and she always gets its perfect. Unlike other nail salons, they don’t try rushing you out of here. Selena always takes her time and pays attention to detail. Love that!

Shitty nail place! The owner whatever his name is rude as hell! They make it so obvious when they don’t like something that you tell them because they start talking in their language. That’s why I’m paying you. It’s not like you’re doing it for FREE!!!

Horrible! Girls if your looking to get your nails done. this is NOT the place to go. I’ve been here a couple of times just to get a Pedicure never my nails, but i needed a Fill really bad. was NOT happy with my Nails Plus she was really RUDE. Never again will i come here.

I really like to get ny nails done here. They are very kind. I sometimes come with skirts on and, they always make sure to cover my legs. So i wont feel wierd. They always give me a pillow for my back. I feel like when you go get your nails done you want to chat. And, they make an effort to talk. Even, if there english is not perfect. I always get a mani pedi including tip i spend 20 dollars. Over all a great place!

I love going to r & k nails. They provide a customer good service and the ladies work fast but making sure the job is done right. Shinny, a nail aritist is one of the best there. My sister and I always go to her when need our nails done but others are great to.

It’s always important to save a couple of dollars here and there, but it’s even more important to keep our bodies healthy as well. This nail salon probably gets most of its clients drawn in because of the low prices. However keep in mind low prices equals low standards, service and quality.
The attitude from the manicurist was one thing, but I’m writing this review with a purpose. If there’s one thing you should know about this place know that they completely ruin your natural nails. After removing my poorly done acrylics, I discovered that most of my natural nail was completely gone and the little that is left is so fragile and weak. I know that with a new sets this tends to happen, but the way my natural nails look after the removal is absurd. Which explains why my manicure was so painful that day I went in for this particular set.
I’m just trying to look out for you all so you don’t have to experiance what I’m going through at the moment. And coming from someone who wouldn’t take the time to ever write a review know that this is as genuine as it gets.

My go to girl is SHINNY!!!
She is the best! I have wide nail beds and she works her magic to make my nails narrow and every nail is even!!! She also works super fast!
I drive from LA to El Monte just for her. I’ve spent money going somewhere else and it was not worth the close drive.

I use to love coming here get my nails done especially wt Kelly.
Everything has changed bad customer service.
I tried giving it a chance few times until I was tired with bad attitude.

I had a full set done by tom. It was the first time I’ve gotten acrylics in a very long time. I opted to get the almond shape nail rather than the traditional square shape.
He was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied for my set.
I ended up getting gel color as well. He was not pushy at all and he was very courteous.
I was seen right away on a Saturday afternoon without an appt. I am def going back again.

This used to be my go to place for me and my family, but lately the owner doesn’t seem to know what the heck he is doing. Last time my mom and sister made an appointment and when they went in, the owner told them that they had to wait because the people they booked the appointment with were busy, so even after they had warned me not to go back, I went back having made an appointment and when I showed up they were trying to have someone else do my nails.
Honestly, why even make an appointment with someone if they are just going to make you wait on give you someone else?!
This place has gone to shit since the other guy Leo left.

Been here a couple times with my girlfriend. They have done a good job before but this time they did a horrible job. I mean seriously horrible like i could of done a better job for her. Or she could of done it herself. I guess cause she was a new worker but still it is just common sense to clean the nail polish around the nails. Also the owner which is the only male there tells my girlfriend its her fault to tell them to clean it. A customer is suppose to tell the worker how to do nails apparently. Actually since i know their language they talk bad about every customer that comes in. Even if you spend $ 7 for a regular manicure or $ 20 for a full set. They dont care about their customers. Theyre unorganized rude and sloppy. Find another nail spot. Save your money!!! Lost a very loyal customer.
