It all started when i bought my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. I was forced into buying insurance to drive the car off the lot. Obviously they would have a guy there waiting for a person like me to come along. Easy pickens. So i got the insurance which so happened to be Freeway. Little did i know all they gave me was comprehensive and collision. Vecause that is all i needed to drive the truck off the lot. Luttle did i know i needed liability as well. Im sure they didnt wanna throw the liability in there because it would look super expensive at the time and i might be persuaded to turn down their offer. So roughly a month or two after purchasing the vehicle i get a letter in the mail stating they are gonna pull tge vehicle regiatration due to no proof of insurance. At this point im going nuts because i knew i had been paying Freeway ontime every time. So I unhappily called Multistate which is the middle man that sold me Freeway insurances plan and chewed them out about the dmv. We went back and forth for a while when they finally noticed that I didn’t have liability. I asked to add liability and they stated that I should go in person to talk to an agent at a local Freeway office instead of handling it over the phone. I have gone through a certain insurance broker for roughly ten years now and thought I would give them a call to see what kind of deal they can get me before I go talk to a Freeway agent in person. They quoted me $ 170 a month (I have a very rough record). I then took a drive a couple miles down the road to my local Freeway office where I was very happy and respectfully greeted by a gentleman by the name of James Zavala. He asked me how he could be of service and I gave him the low down on my record and that I needed to add liability to my policy so that the dmv can reinstate my trucks registration. He then proceeded to work magic on the computer and eventually got me all the way down to roughly $ 130 a month!!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! I didn’t wait one second longer! I jumped right on it. From my 10 year broker being $ 170 to Mr. Zavala getting it all the way down to that price! I was so excited about the deal I ended up paying for an entire year! I am happy I stumbled upon this Freeway office and would recommend them to anybody out there looking for honest, respectful, personable service with a smile!!!

i been coming to this location for 5 years since i got my insurance and everyone has always been nice and friendly but boy oh boy i had the worst experience ever this past week. the manager carlos is a digusting human being he does not deserve to have a leadership position. i came in to do a change on my policy and he tried forcing to purchase a whole new policy even after i told him i did not feel comfortable he told me then why did go in and basically waste his time he made me feel so small especially because the way he treats his employees he made me sick he talks down on them and orders them around without even saying please or thank you as a good leader would (i have about 10 years in retail managment experience) all the employees look uncomfortable and bothered by the way he talks to them. you could also tell he favors a few which is not acceptable. im not sure who hired him but whoever did made a big mistake i am extremely upset and i will be deff filing a complaint to upper managment. also before leaving he told me that if i did not get the new insurance he was going to notify the dmv so they could suspend my registration. i was mortify. i will no longer do buisness in this location. please if you come to this location do not deal with carlos or better yet just dont come here at all.

The employees are very nice and helpful, my review is for the manager Carlos ! He is so disrespectful and abusive to his employees and doesn’t care who sees ! A women at the front desk was speaking Spanish to a Spanish speaking costumer and he keep telling her to speak English in a demeaning way ! No one should be spoken to in that way especially in front of customers, that man should be fired for discriminating against Spanish speaking Costumers and employees !

If i could give this place 0 stars i will. Where should i begin? my parents went to freeway insurance to insure their car. They were treated horribly by the manager. First off all both of my parents suffer from diabetes and need to eat certain times of the day. They waited on him to finish their policy for 3 hours. They asked him how long was he going to take because they needed to eat because their sugar levels where dropping he responded selfishly «well i havent ate either you need to wait» Im so upset i can not believe someone treats people this way especially since my parents are ill and elderly i will most likely contact the department of insurance and file a complaint i can not believe they hired such an ignorant inconponent selfish heartless man. He needs to get fired. My parent are nice people and i hope his parents dont get treated the way mines did. So note to everyone if you happened to need to go in their DO NOT DEAL WITH THE MNAGER CARLOS!!!

I bought a brand new car and needed to get insurance for it before I take it out of the lot and I was calling around for quotes and I happened to come across to this place.
I must say I was impressed on how fast and helpful the gentleman was. His name is JT, he was very informative about the coverages and gave me a few quotes. It was so awesome how I did not have to come in to sign anything and I was able to do it over the phone. I am very happy with my new car and knowing I have great coverage that was also affordable. Today definitely was a good day for me. I would recommend this place and especially if you want great service ask for JT, you will not be disappointed. I will be sending my family and friends to do business here. Thank you Freeway!

I was shopping around for insurance since mine was ending soon. I’ve heard about Freeway Insurance before on the radio so decided to give it a shot.
I met JT and told him how much I was paying for my insurance and he was able to get me a very better rate than my current company. My only regret was not going to them sooner.
I also referred my friends and family to Freeway as well & JT took care of them too.
Thanks again for all ur guy’s help, great company to deal with.

Called this place last week for a quote Wednesday called again today to confirm as I didnt want to waste my time and what happened the quote JAMES gave me was a lie. A woman helped me today and when I asked her why did James give me another quote her response «I don’t know» James soon came over I asked him what happened to the quote you gave me he really had no answer didn’t really bother to explain himself at all. He sort of shrugged me off and went back to his other customers. The whole thing was a scam to get me in the office & they figured I would purchase there insurance being I had sat there so long! The office has no AC — we were so uncomfortable waiting i stuck it out being the rate was the cheapest I found and all for what. I’d rather take my business to another freeway insurance who is honest and not trying to get me in the door thinking I was going to give in and give them my money. My advise stay clear of JAMES and his lies! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE–

I recommend everyone to come to freeway insurance and ask for Rosie, she was very helpful and nice and she will do her best and help everyone with your guy’s insurance
