Do not take your car here! The absolute worst service I’ve ever received! I was in the area and needed a car wash last Friday. There was one car ahead of me when I left my car. I figured it would be quick due to the lack of customers. Over 30 minutes later and I start to feel a little uneasy wondering what is taking so long. I like to keep my car very neat so the inside should be done relatively quick. Finally, 40 minutes later my car comes out the other side. Another 15 minutes and it’s finally done. Good thing I was not in a hurry.
Monday I had an early appointment at my dealership to get the oil changed and come to find out that my rim is all scratched in the middle which is very odd and it was not there a few days before. The dealership guy tells me it looks like the tire was spinning on a track for that to happen. Ding, ding, flashback to the car wash.
I call and the manager, Cory, is not there, left a message. Nothing. Call again, leave another message. Nothing. Three days of calling and the manager is conveniently never there and never returns my calls. Then I call and he tells the CSR that he will call me right back. An hour later I get a call from a different guy, Pedro. He informs me it’s not his problem that the manager is too busy to take the two minutes to return my call and it’s not their problem. Horrible! I have a new BMW, so trust me, I’m not making this up to get something for free but I do expect to be compensated for someone’s mistake.

I was in the area and in need of a car wash! Awesome service and my car came out looking 100 times better than it did before! I love that they have an express option and I could wash the car myself! After I saw the only review about this place talking about one employee and not the actual business I just had to write a review! Its a little pricey but so worth it! I am definitely returning! GO GO GO GO!
