First church I ever went to, and God met me through the people at this church. Though I don’t know most of the people here anymore… every time I meet someone from here, they are among some of the most loving people I’ve met in my life. This church is a Evangelical Formosan Church, with services in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English. I forget the pastors of the Taiwanese/Mandarin congregation, but his sermons were good. Pastor David of the English congregation also has a good heart for God. I do recommend this church if you are looking for one in the area. They might not have so many events and programs, but they do have the minimum. Small group, Bible Study, Retreats, and Sunday Service. I’m sure they would be open to ideas on more church activities if YOU want to go there with Godly inspiration. Parking can be a little bit hard on Sundays. I usually park very far on the curb and just walk. God will bless you for little things like that. Oh, and I forgot to mention one of the most important things… FOOD! Always food after the service, and it’s usually the cheap foods you can get at a small restaurant nearby… but I honestly think, that somehow, it is one of the best meals you can get anywhere. Whether it was cooked with love, with God’s blessings, or whatever, it was the warmest meal that I used to look forward to every week.
