All the ladies have excellent customer service skills. Dr. Bach is wonderful. Professional atmosphere, as well as having understanding that you might be scared. Dr. Bach made me feel very comfortable considering I was in dental chair. Having a root canal no less. A+++ all the way. Thanks everyone

I gotta thank this place for taking me in that same day without appointment. I had been feeling pain in my molars or so I thought which turned out to be my wisdom tooth. I had been calling all dentist around the area desperately trying to find someone who could take me in and this was the only place that helped me, If you experienced that kind of pain you know how bad it can get i was frustrated calling and driving around dentist offices to get a NO. Luckily I happened to come across this place, I walked in and ask if they could see me they right away took me in and checked what was causing the pain the dentist said it was my wisdom tooth and that I had to have it removed so I did the process was fast and the dentist was good I paid $ 200 since I don’t have any type of insurance but i was ok with it plus my pain was worst so I was happy they gave me some gauze for my bleeding and pain killers which I didn’t even use because there was no pain. So THANK YOU for your help I will definitely be coming back!

Let me start of with the entire staff, first of they’re very friendly and helpful. They have been helping me since day one that I came in. I got an entire work done and they have helped me through the process and they’re still helping me. Dr. Hoan is awesome and his assistant as well. Joanna and Valerie have also been awesome I really have nothing negative to say. If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. My entire family comes here and we are satisfied. They have improved their staff since the last time I was here. Thank you all for all your help and support. Keep up the good work.

So I needed a dentist, I knew it was time for a root canal. Thanks to hmo I have a «assigned dentist» which covers root canals ($ 134 out the door is what I was told by delta care). The people are nice, I sat down for x-​rays and I couldn’t believe how dirty the seat was, how dirty the equipment was!!! I mean holy shat! Then I see the dentists come in (2 of them) you would swear they’re making millions, super clean hair cut, beard, clothes, which I thought ok your work place is filthy but your cleaned up. Then they brought out my tools for the root canal… They looked like they had been used Multiple times, they had rust and black gunk which I honestly though oh they’re not gonna use those on me (which they did I realized it after I got my tooth done). To
Top it off the lady charged me $ 1200 !!! Apparently the «drug» they use to do root canals is a $ 1000 dollar drug… I’ve had two other root canals done years ago which was $ 400 a pop, so I know she’s scamming me, I paid, and contacted an attorney. I’m getting my money back but don’t go here, it’s really dirty and they’re scamming you.

I’d like to start off by saying a big thank you to the ENTIRE staff. Everyone was so sweet and helpful from the moment I stepped in the office up until they sent me on my way after getting an extraction done. Which by the way I got done today. I literally made a Unilocal so I may write a review on this dental office. I’m not the type that usually does this review stuff. But I had to, because I was just blown away by the way they take of their PT and how gentle and caring they are. Oh and if you are worried about finances they will make a way to find a resolution. I am so thankful and blessed that I found this dental office!
