If I could give this place a zero I would. I pay my internet on time and today I payed it a day late and I went in and was received with attitude I didn’t even bother to ask the old man his name because I really didn’t care you won’t be able to miss him he is the only old fart their. Even when I’m on time he is rude not only to me but to everyone. Today that I was 1 day late he took it personal he didn’t reactivate my account which is a service they provide for H2o and I had to make a double trip. Which did bother me but at the same time I figured they got busy and just forgot, so I politely ask this old man to check if my account was activated yet because at the time 5 hours have passed, guess this man had a bad day and decide to take it out on me Very unprofessional. He argued in front of my 3 year old and I left him with his frustration and anger and just said I will be taking my service elsewhere. But before I left his coworker was kind enough to check and make sure everything was up and running. But when I ask to speak to his supervisor was told he was which I seriously doubt it. Needless to say me and a group of people will not tolerate this behavior and will be giving our service to another locations.
