Real customer here. I was in an accident where a big container truck clipped me in the rear quarter panel while we both were merging to one lane. I only had liability and the trucker was found not liable even though he had hit me. I was left to fork out and pay out of my pocket. My bumper came off and all but I managed to put it back on. Trucker had one scratch on his metal bumper. About a few months later, I decided to get it fixed because I had saved up so I went on Unilocal to look for a body shop. I wasn’t looking for something too professional but decent and not overcharging. So, there I was sending in quote request to Unilocal businesses. Businesses quoted me back on Unilocal quite fast. The highest quote I received when I brought it in to get an estimate was about $ 4000. That’s crazy how they try to make profit off you even though your insurance company is not the one that is paying for the loss. Kirk gave me the best reasonable quote. I brought it in and they further inspected and the quote I received over Unilocal remained the same. Kirk was really understanding, thorough and pleasant. He was easy to work with than I thought. They didn’t try to jack up my quote by saying this or that needed to be fixed. I was able to provide a completely accurate photo of my damage to them so I guess that’s why. About a little week or so later, I received a call saying that my car was ready and that’s when Michael who I haven’t met helped me. He released the car to me after I inspected it. Michael even noticed my tire pressure light was on and offered to pumped them for me. My car was done perfectly and I was not expecting anything but was definitely surprised at what I saw. They even washed and vacuumed it plus shined my tires up all for no extra charge. That’s a plus. I definitely recommend body shop El Monte for quality work for a great price. I posted before and after photo of my silver Nissan Altima.

Great shop! Went here about a year ago to inquire about painting a rear bumper because mine cracked. Kirk quoted me for about $ 250 to get it painted. Fast forward to a year later, I got it painted and he even welded a loose hinge for me. It looks like a brand new stock bumper, super glossy and nice. Kirk was super helpful and you could tell he cares about his customers. Good guy. Also installed some hid license plate lights for me at no cost. I would highly recommend coming here to get something fixed up for your car.

Very unprofessional of the owner to make a fake profile and give my business a bad rating because of the honest review I gave on this business. Also did the same for another body shop who was competition. The funny thing is I know the other body shop who received a 1 star who ALSO had no record of this «Jolie Z» person.
Only business that received a 5 star was «Body Shop El Monte» lol… Pathetic.

This place is amazing, I went in for an estimate and they were very honest with me and advised me not to fix my dent because it is less than a quarter size, not worth it.
