I show up on time and never ask to be paid until work has been performed for you. Service calls $ 65, includes first 2 hours of work time. Additional work billed at $ 30 per hour. I’ve been working in construction for over 20 years, and have experience in many work trades. Most of my business clients are home owners and property managers who continue to call me for reputable service.

I hired Ben to do some work for me today, like putting up a ceiling fan, built some storage units, and put up lights on the patio.
Did suds a great job, and so reasonable priced.
Tomorrow he is coming to paint my eve’s on the house.
he is just a great guy, just when he was ready to leave, he saw a screw missing on the buttom of the front door right away he fixed it.
I am so happy with my handy man.

Ben did a great job. I needed a door hung, he arrived around 4:30 and finished in about an hour. A door sounds easy to hang but there is more to it then you would think. Everything came out perfect. His price was fare and he left the job clean and ready to go. I will be calling him for any other repairs I have. He said he can do many home repairs; plumbing, electrical and drywall repair. Ben replaced and coated the ceiling drywall of our shop restroom. He was punctual, and was thorough and methodical in his approach. He did not cut any corners and pricing was still reasonable.
After that we brought him back for several other jobs. Very easy to work with, and you know the job is going to get done right, promptly, and at a fair price without having to look over his shoulder. He’ll even throw in his two cents and advise for or against certain steps, even if it means less work for him. He’s got good integrity, keeps his prices reasonable, and that’s why he’s always busy with work.
Why can’t we all be this way America? This is how it’s done! Not just because you’re a «nice guy», but out of selfish wisdom, knowing that this is how you grow and prosper in the long run.

Based on the great reviews, we had Ben give us a quote for painting drywall repair and changing out our old lighting. Ben was true to his word he completed the job on time. Ben was organized clean and courteous. We were so happy with the finished results. He even took care to fix our front door lock without being asked. We would recommend him in a heartbeat. We plan on having him return for a future project.

I had a bath tub replaced, but the plumber was up front and told me he didn’t do dry wall work. So I called few handyman here on Unilocal.Ben was by far the most honest and straight forward. I told Ben the situation and he knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a good quote. On top of that, Ben was willing to come out on a Sunday to do the dry wall work.
The situation is that I work out of town on the week days. I only had the weekend to replace a leaky shower. The plumber came out on Saturday and installed a new shower/​tub wall unit. Ben showed up on Sunday to finish the work just as he promised. I was back in business!

We’ve had Ben back to the house a couple times for minor repairs such as fixing a leaking spigot in the backyard, fix a pantry door, add a valance, add fire alarms, change a ceiling fan, fix a closet door. He does everything well and we’re very happy with his service.

I needed some maintenance quickly on a condo 60 miles from where I live. We called Ben based on Michele’s recommendation (thanks Michele!) and he went out that evening, went and picked up what he needed fromHome Depot, went back that evening, and got things in shape. Service was great, he called and kept us informed, sent me the bill when he finished, and price was fair. Would definetly use him again.
