**FRAUD ALERT**
Never ever come to this agency for work. They are a fraudulent workforce staffing. They set up orientation to make you think your getting PTO when in all reality its STO, Which means should you actually find a real job they just keep your hours which you still worked hard and earned. My recruiters name was Caleb Purviance, definitely stay away from that one. As Unprofessional as they come. Takes 3 to 5 days to respond emails, Weeks some times even. When my employment was ending with Refunds Today I emailed him letting him know I had 2 weeks of work left, The job ended and i found another job on my own a week later he responds asking if my job at RefundsToday ended yet. As in his work ethic is flawed. He is not a representative who wants to help you get a job, hes a representative who wants make as much money as possible with giving the slight F*** about you or your life.
Stay away from this company like the plague, Dont even get me started on how they completely f***ed up checks on christmas day (made hundreds of people wait at their office for 6 hours because the guy who brings the checks was hungover).
This company is a joke, I know all agencies are but cmon, Just bide ur time wait a little longer and youll find a job where you get paid all the money you deserve and you dont have Representatives Stealing YOUR HARD EARNED SICK TIME HOURS. I ended my employment with the company today after I was told that I earned 19 hours and they were not going to pay them out. Thanks a lot your monsters

I truly believe that staffing agencies are there to connect unemployed people for a job, and not to pull the employed out of their employment so that they can place someone else for that position for a commission. I was contacted by a person named Bobbi at Aerotek in Ontario, CA through e-​mail to discuss an opportunity. When I finally get a chance to talk with her over the phone, she asked me what I did at different companies I’ve worked for, and asked why I worked there for such short periods of time. I told her that they were temporary assignments only and that I am looking for a permanent position but did not mind working temporary jobs in the meantime. She asked me where I found those companies, and asked if I would send her my updated resume (which I did, but never heard back from her) because the one she was able to dig was four years old. Apparently, she found an old resume of mine in Career Builder that I have no desire on updating. Because I am in between jobs, and could not pull me out of any jobs, I feel that she did not want anything to do with me. I get so disappointed with many of these recruiters, who do not work hard enough for people who are unemployed and legally authorized to work here in the US. Sometimes I wonder if they are the ones looking for jobs, and not necessarily recruiters who works to match empty positions with job applicants. I just do not understand why there are so many recruiters, but yet there are still a lot of unemployed considering the amount of jobs that needs to be filled. Please know your recruiters first before giving information.

Excellent customer service by Armon. He helped me find a job that is great with my skills. He always keep me posted what openings are around. He has empathy to listen to what you need and why you’re looking for a job. He doesn’t lie. He will tell you if it is temporary, temp to hire or direct.
He congratulated me when I got a direct hire job and told me that if that doesn’t work, to contact him. I feel comfortable dealing with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a decent job

I had an interview scheduled with Ashley, and it was for a sales position, which was unusual because typically, great recruiters don’t desire to meet in person. I didn’t think that fact was too suspect so I went ahead with the interview. When spent the morning dressing to the 9’s and finally showed up, I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes to meet with her. When Ashley was finally able to sit down, she told me that unfortunately she was called the night before and was told that the company was looking for a bilingual Spanish speaker, a quality I didn’t have. She had at least 15 hours to give me a call on my cell phone to cancel the interview. My time and effort was completely wasted getting to this interview. Aerotek is an extremely unprofessional company and according to a friend of mine, a nightmare to deal with when it comes to payroll.

They’re still around and they’re still awesome! My boyfriend is in current contact with Jerry (he specializes in warehouse work). Jackie hasn’t found me a new position as of yet, but they seem to have a smaller inventory of employers at the moment, according to their website. Be a little patient with your representative, especially if you’re like me and only have experience in a specific industry. If you find something online, let them know! They might not assume you’d be interested in something different!
