AAA

I went today 20 min before closing time (they close at 6 on week days) and was literally out of there in 3 minutes! The lady didn’t even ask for me aaa card to verify (which I guess they didn’t need to since it will show up in file anyway). These guys are awesome! Fast, efficient, and to the point. It took me longer finding the place because Apple maps was weird. The cross street is Stewart and peck road. The address says 3534 peck rd. But just go straight into Stewart inside the Toyota longo dealership. Just go straight in the dealership. I honestly thought aaa had their own place at a plaza, which they usually do. This small location is inside the dealership. Don’t be scared. Just go.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating… Aside from not being acknowledged until they were available, these guys rocked customer service! I went there to avoid the lines at dmv to renew my registration. I’ve done this at other locations and still had to wait 20 – 30 minutes. I was literally in and out of the El Monte location in less than 5 minutes!!! And the girls were super nice! I can deal with not being acknowledged right away if it means getting what I need in less time than it takes to fill my gas tank! Lol

Don’t acknowledge customers until they start talking to each other.
They don’t accept debt or credit card even when they have a reader on the desk it’s only cash or check
I’ll just keep driving the extra miles and go to the one off grand

I don’t know why this AAA location has such a low rating. But I bought a new vehicle from Longo Toyota and switched insurance to AAA. I got a better deal with them than any other insurance companies. Valerie helped me out and saved me money along with renters insurance. I had a few questions and she was able to answer them with no problems. Great customer service with Valerie!

I went to them seven years ago, bought home owners insurance, car insurance from them. I asked my agent about my aaa roadside bill, it was late. He said he’d take care of it, it never came. When I had any questions he took weeks to reply and was usually short and it seemed like I was bothering him. I was on vacation and a rock chipped the windshield, pretty good size. I went o the local aaa in Lakeport, they were very helpful, gave me a number of a local mobile glass repair business. I called them, they came by and did the repair, the tech explained it would still be visible. It is a new car and the repair was just ok, if I sell the car I would have to replace it. I told aaa, emailed them, gave them all the info, my phone number, account number, old them I wasn’t happy with the repair. When I first called them they said the repair was 100% guaranteed, so I told them I was unhappy with the repair, they said to call them back.

Their marketing team needs to be on point and have their hours updated on google… Would have prevented me a major inconvenience! Also, last time I visited this location. I was told their wasn’t a deadline to submit some paperwork. Next thing I know, I’m getring a letter in the mail from the DMV saying that my I owe money & my car is subject to impound. Great work guys!
I’ll be nice and give 2 stars because they are open 1 hour (previously, 2 hours) later than other AAA locations in the area.

Came to this location to do a simple inquiry 10 minutes prior to their hours of service. They are inside lingo Toyota so they are already open in a sense. There where 3 ladies there enjoying a conversation when I asked if it would be possible to get helped. There was no one there but me and my inquiry was going to be fast and quick. They looked at me like if I was bothering their water cooler talk and informed me I would need to come back in minutes. Talk about poor customer service!

Passing by AAA LONGO my buddy had a simple question about his insurance although the place seemed to be open there were 3 ladies having a conversation and told my buddy to come back 10 mins later to answer his simple question. Talk about poor customer service !

Open on Saturdays — NOTE: THE ADDRESS IS FOR THE EMPLOYEE ENTRANCE AT THE BACK! You’ll have to drive around to the front. Not a big deal — but the real entrance is right in front of the 10 FW entrance.
