We specialize in the installation, service and repair of gas forced air heating systems. Existing homes or new construction.

We also install, service and repair gas space heaters.

We are trained in both natural gas and L.P. gas fired units.

We are certified by Prism Analytical Technologies in indoor air quality testing.

We also install and service venting for range hoods, bath fans and clothes dryers.

History

Established in 2004.

I trained for 10 years with Bay Area Heater Repair before starting our business with my son in 2004.

We are a family business serving the San Mateo coast side and surrounding areas.

Our business philosophy is «We don’t consider a job complete until our customer is satisfied»

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I moved to the San Mateo coast in 1989 and fell in love with it and it’s people. I have lived on the coast ever since.

Started Bay Area Heater Repair with Nowell Thomas in1994 as his lead installer and service tech. I eventually ran the HVAC business for him as he branched out into other fields.

Upon his death I took the necessary tests thru the California State Licensing Board and received my C-​20 HVAC license in 2004 and started T-​Squared HVAC with my son Ted.
