Had a mechanical failure today! Driver side window broken and window stuck open! It was 27 degrees and a winter weather pattern coming through. Called Spidell Automotive. Jason said bring it over and I’ll look at it right away. He fixed the window and gave me a oil change. All for less than 100 $ did I mention he even checked the brakes? Where can you get that kind of customer service during a holiday week? Thank you Spidell Automotive!

My car was freaking out one morning! Everything was fine yesterday and then this morning whenever I started to press the gas it would bubble and I couldn’t get over 2000 rpm. The check engine light came on and started flashing. And smoke was coming out of the exhaust.
I freaked out and called my husband. He called Spidell to see if we could get our car in and he got us in ASAP. He got our car up and looked at it. He diagnosed our car and fixed it right then and there!
Jason was great! He really knew what he was doing and was friendly.
After a new airflow sensor, map sensor, AND spark plugs… the check engine light is off… my car is now running GREAT and he had it done within a couple hours! Which is amazing because I didn’t know how I was going to pick up my child from daycare or get home.
