Coming out of the recession with a vision to begin new enterprises, Vigor Construction established a franchise partnership with Solar Universe and began selling solar to residential and commercial customers. Seeing a dramatic shift in how energy is produced and managed, and realizing the potential of clean energy, Vigor Constructions’ owner Paul E. Paul Hale grew up in the Sacramento Valley and has been a local contractor for over 28 years. He likes to give back to his community by supporting local little leagues, soccer clubs, Boy Scouts and the chamber of commerce. A life long learner, Paul strives to create a relationship beyond buyer and seller, conveying information with no pressure to help the client make an informed decision on how to save money and our planet by purchasing solar energy for their home or business.
