Business Owner

Shawn Johnson founded Kenneth Development, Inc. after years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He is a licensed California General Contractor and holds a BA in Marketing from Sacramento State University. He brings a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise in building complex custom homes in affluent communities. In addition, his experience extends to real estate and project development, commercial construction and tenant improvement. With broad experience and a strong foundation of professional relationships, Shawn is extremely successful in creating a comfortable and efficient construction process for each client.
