The entire process with them has been wrought with errors that I have to correct them on along the way. This is far too important of a project for them to have uneducated or lazy staff working on and doing things incorrectly. VERY frustrating to work with. I am sorry i used them.

If you ever interact w/​Intelliquote over the phone, they sound like the nicest insurance brokers I’ve ever spoken to but the problem is, they LIE to you.
I got a policy for my wife w/​them to go w/​Genworth. On at least two occasions my wife asked if this was for a term life policy and both times they said yes.
We found out the hard way months later (we had another broker look at the policy for us) when she had paid a few months worth that it was NOT a term life policy but rather a universal life policy w/​premiums that increase over time and a face value that decreases over time.
The bottom line is when you are protecting your family, you cannot afford to be lied to just so they can make a sale. You want to go w/​a broker and insurer that you can trust.
