Staff was helpful and dr had a great personality. Didn’t feel rush and spent lots of time with me. Was able to get in with short notice.
Clean and newer equipment in office. I also purchased sunglasses there and the staff was very helpful.

I have been to many orthodontists but so far Mr. Kwong has been the best. Love his welcoming attitude. He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. He gave the most information of all orthodontists.

Great experience from beginning to end, the staff very knowledgable and very helpful. Been to both doctors and they are top notch. Will definitely go back.

This is a perfect example of how a terrible office staff can ruin a doctor’s reputation.
Here’s the short story: My ex-​wife and I separated in 2009 and by court agreement she carries the insurance on our children. Apparently, my ex-​wife did not pay a bill after our divorce. Dr. Corrigan’s staff failed to ask or receive her updated insurance information. Furthermore, they failed to review the account information, like who the responsible party is for my kids’ visits. HELLO, it’s my ex-​wife who has been responsible since 2009! I have not been in your office since 2007, nor have I personally brought my kids in since then!!!
Received a bill and called them to tell them they needed to reach out to my ex-​wife for the insurance information. No action by the office staff. Got another call, sent a letter explaining the situation. No action. Got a call from a collection agency, gave them all the information. No action. Turns out Dr. Corrigan’s office staff failed to get the information changed or bill the appropriate insurance within the timeframe they had to bill and since they still had me listed as the responsible party since 2007, they sent the information to a collection agency with me as the responsible party. NOT ACCURATE!!!
Hey Dr. Corrigan, guess what? We’re going to court now where your business will receive a judgment against it and I will work with the El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office for your office’s willful disregard for accurately reporting me to a debt collector.

I have been a patient of Dr. Titus since 1993 and am impressed with the efficiency/​integration of new technology since the days of cover one eye, now cover the other back in the day.
The efficiency of the sales department up to an including an inefficient credit card processing system literally ruins the experience. There’s no hard sell to buy from their office, however if you choose to do so expect higher prices in return for a long arduous wait to complete the transaction. Fix this with better credit card processing technology and training of the staff in customer service El Dorado Hills Optometric would be a world class operation.

Honest, dependable, organized, and quality are just a few words to describe the staff at this office.
Dr. Titus is very detailed and she works hard to make sure you walk out with the best possible service and you are highly satisfied.
Making an appointment was easy.
The ladies working there put me at ease and helped me choose the best options for my insurance.
The staff was friendly and listened to my needs and helped me choose the best lenses for my lifestyle.
I would highly recommend this business. As a contact wearer of 22 years I have seen my fair share of optometrists and Dr. Titus is top notch.

I wasn’t impressed with Dr. Corrigan or her office. We arrived and the receptionist seemed to be doing everything. Taking the Ins info, running back with us to take an eye pressure test. Trying to get information regarding a retinal doctor referral. (I’ve had two detached retinas and needed more than an eye exam). Since we moved here around six months ago I wanted to get a eye doctor in our local area. My husband came for an exam and glasses. After his exam he went to pick out some glasses for use on the computer. The technician only showed him the most expensive glasses when he said just give me the prescription and I’ll go elsewhere they then open up a drawer with frames that our insurance vsp would pay for. Two weeks later he went to pick up his glasses and commented that he was having difficulty with one of the lenses. It seemed unclear and out of focus. The tech tried to tell him that this common and he would have to get used to it. But he wasn’t happy so he went back to Dr. Corrigan and she rechecked and found that perscription was wrong. So he waited another couple of weeks for a new pair of glasses. After the correction they seemed to be working ok.
Personally, I would not go back to her office. I did not feel comfortable.

I’ve seen Dr. Titus at the recommendation of my hubby who’s been going to her forever, because I was unhappy with my previous opto since moving to Sac 4 yrs ago. Dr Titus is a force of nature, a curious and eager scientist, a funny lady, a real human bean. She solved my weird vision problems, gave me choices to make with lots of information as to the pros and cons. I noticed during the 2−½ hour exam etc and subsequent lens and glasses fittings that Dr. Corrigan’s diploma is signed by, among others, Dr. Titus, who has served on the state opto board. Cool.
Anyway — ditto what was said above. and I live in south Natomas and still drive all the way to EDH.
