C&A Welch Inc offers tax preparation and accounting services throughout the United States.

Our specialty is small business and our goal is to ease the tax compliance burden for owners of small to medium-​sized companies.

We also offer preparation services for individuals, most often in conjunction with small business owner’s business returns. We position our tax services to offer a full package that both handles tax compliance via timely filed returns as well as valuable tax planning services to better structure activities which affect your taxable income in order to maximize wealth.

Meet the Business Owner

Clay W.

Business Owner

Clay is an Enrolled Agent, and a graduate of Brigham Young University-​Idaho. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting.

His career began in 2008 when he returned to El Dorado Hills, California to work closely with his mentor and father, Michael Welch, who is also a Tax Accountant. In the past he has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Stamford, Connecticut.
