Bud Griscom-Lyon Real Estate

We had been looking for a house in EDH on and off for about 6 months meeting more then our fair share of realtors. Not really impressed by any of them then one day we stopped by the first realty office we had seen entering town, it was Lyon. The realtor «on call» was Bud Griscom. we told him our situation and he helped us out by printing some listings, making a few calls and telling us about the EDH housing market. By the time I got home he had emailed me several possible houses and his schedule if we were in the area again. We took him up on that offer and allowed him to show us several homes. He made a point of getting to know us and our situation to better assess our housing needs. This went on for several months, well almost a year as we waited for our house in Lodi, Ca. to sell. When it sold he went into full mode putting up with our schedule, our moods and our unorganized Lodi Realtors. He found our house before it went on the market, emailing every agent he new for advanced notice of potential listings and making sure we got in to see it before others. On the market for 1 day, several offers, he guided us through a the whole process until the owners picked us to sell to. He handled inspections and repair issues and the dreaded contracts. He was extremely organized and efficient. It was what happened next that was above and beyond compared to other realtors I have worked with. When it was all final he gave us the gift of a home warranty which he upgraded to include just about everything for 1 year. Wow that sure came in handy when after 5 months our HVAC went out. His gift saved us thousands of dollars. He is officially our forever realtor!
