Magical Nathaniel is the perfect choice for your next party, wedding, or other special occasion. His magic shows are very fun, entertaining, and engaging for spectators of all ages! At only 20 years old, his youthful energy combined with years of experience performing hundreds of shows around the Bay Area will ensure that your next event is a success. He is currently a UC Berkeley student studying Applied Math in Engineering and Theater and with that, designs many of his own illusions. When you watch one of his shows, you are guaranteed to see magic that you have never seen before! Magical Nathaniel is great for anyone looking to have a memorable magic show!

History

Established in 2007.

Magical Nathaniel is a twenty-​year-​old magician who currently lives in the Bay Area. He has been interested in magic since he was three. He saw World’s Greatest Magic on TV and loved magic ever since. In 2006, he started volunteering for Playland-​Not-​at-​the-​Beach, and gave weekly shows for volunteers. In 2012, he won 1st place in all 3 of the magic contests held by the Oakland Magic Circle, including the Inter-​Club competition, against some of the best magicians in the Bay Area! He is currently attending UC Berkeley, is the head facilitator for the for-​units Magic DeCal class offered on campus, the President of the Magic Club, and is the past Historian of the Oakland Magic Circle. He plans to continue performing as much as he can.

Nathaniel performed for our family birthday party this past weekend and he was a big hit. Everyone, from the 6-​year old to the 79-​year old, enjoyed his show. He was very engaging and got the birthday person as well as several other key guests involved in his performance. We still talk about his fun and mind-​boggling acts days afterwards.
In addition to his great acts, he was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our many requests, got there on time and took every little time to set up. Because his act was a surprise, we asked him to set up in our basement. The low ceiling did not allow him to perform some of the planned activities but he improvised and adapted his show accordingly without any problem.
I highly recommend Nathaniel.

I am an event planner at UC Berkeley and was fortunate to have Magical Nathaniel perform at alumni and staff events. The crowd loved him! His tricks are so clever — everyone was amazed. Besides his stage performances, I recommend him to do close up magic at receptions. He works the crowd and provides that added «surprise delight» factor to an event.

I’ve seen his performances on several occasions that consist of his signature classics along with some new bits that I’ve never seen, so there’s always something new for those that have the pleasure to see his shows more than once. He does a fantastic job at incorporating the audience into his tricks with his animated personality.
Birthdays, weddings, talent shows, fundraisers. Hire him for your events. Magical Nathaniel will work his magic with the thousands of tricks he somehow manages to fit under his sleeve. I’ve seen a lot of his tricks, and trust me, they’re mind-​blowing. He does have one specific request though, and it’s to be the last act. Best for last? Absolutely. His shows are the cherry on top to any event and will bring the house DOWN!
Whether it be humans, monsters, or aliens, he knows how to woo a crowd. He has something for everybody. You won’t be disappointed. Your kids will love him. You will love him. Even I love him. He only gets better and better from here on out. He’s an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m so glad that the Bay Area is fortunate to have such a spectacular talent!
