I called on Saturday morning to arrange for someone to come out an repair my auto glass. The office said it would be between 12 and 3. When I heard nothing and started calling at 2:30pm the phone didn’t seem to work — sometimes it stopped ringing and no one was there. I kept calling and finally got someone on the line who said they thought I’d been seen before a technician was injured on the job. He said he’d check and call back. But 30 minutes later, no call and when I called back, no answer. Needless to say, I’m going to find another provider!
