Had a really discouraging and unprofessional experience with Fast Trax Auto.
My boyfriend and I showed up to their lot on Sunday, knowing they were only open from 12−4pm. We waited around until about 12:20, and when no one had showed up we decided to give them a ring. A man answered super abruptly and just blatantly said they weren’t going to open today, despite their posted hours (both on Unilocal and on-​site), and despite our genuine interest in 2 – 3 of their cars that we had previously researched online and were serious about test driving.
I’m sorry, but if you’re going to be that nonchalant about making a sale, and you don’t care about the fact that there’s someone on your lot ready to hand you $ 10k+ for a vehicle, we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere. And maybe reconsider your Sunday schedule.

I’ve been knowing the people at Fast Trax Auto for over eight years and I would really recommend to purchase your vehicles their. We drove quite a distance to see a 2010 bmw 3series that we viewed online we were very happy to see that the car was as described to us by their website and verbally by the salesperson. We had our own credit union approval but ended up going with their financing because it was even better.

I had THEE BEST experience here! I was referred here by my cousin that just bought a car a month ago and he said he had a good experience so I gave this place a try. Hani was awesome & got me financed & into a great car I am truly happy ! The process was quick and I got a great deal on my car. I have always dreaded visiting car lots looking for a car and dealing with slime ball salesman, but you wont get that here at fast trax auto. They treat you with respect & actually have your best interest at heart. After getting my car Luay & Hani showed me how to work certain buttons on my car and filled my gas tank up too! I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota Sienna 2003 just a month ago as the owner is very friendly and professional. There was no pressure. I came to his car lot twice before purchasing it. He even gave me a price list of all listed cars. He never called me. He told me to call him before I left my house if he still had the car since I was coming from 60 miles away. I wasn’t to find a better price

Was looking for a used Sienna.
Checked a bunch of dealers online and found the one I needed for about $ 2k less than everyone else. Pictures looked great online. I thought something might be wrong as the price suggested.
Went in to see it and fell in love with it. NO ISSUES! Drove home with it and haven’t had any issues in the last three months. I will update review if anything comes up.

I bought a Honda Accord from Fast Trax for my girlfriend just over a year ago when I lived in Berkeley. The transaction was great and we have had no problems with the car at all. I recently found myself in the market for a car. I came down from Sac after looking at their website. Luay and I closed on a Lexus SUV in less than an hour. Easy transaction and am totally satisfied. Always nice to support small businesses like this one.

I would definitely check the blue book on any of the cars they are selling over there. The guy won’t negotiate on his way over priced tacomas. I found a 2003 tacoma with half the mileage as the one I looked at there and they were the same price. Think twice and know your facts before buying anything there. Glad I didn’t get tricked

I found a decent looking 2003 Honda CR-​V online and came to see it in person at Fast Trax. Big waste of my time and money. This tiny little lot has several good looking cars in the front, but the office is dirty and unprofessional. The salesman Luay doesn’t allow you to have your own mechanic look at anything, you have to pay $ 150 for a dealership to do a thorough inspection. I agreed. The list of issues with the car came to about $ 775. Kelley Blue Book rated this car $ 6500 at the MOST (he wanted $ 7995). I tried to reason that the windshield had been blasted beyond repair and all the leaking gaskets and cracked engine mount made the car worth no more than the KBB price. He laughed in my face and said «that’s just not going to happen.» I momentarily went up to $ 7k but I couldn’t give up that much money PLUS tax and license for that car. He tried to offer to fix the issues himself, at which point I laughed because I would not drive a car altered by a used car salesman at such a sketchy little lot. Especially one who clearly knew nothing about the mechanics of it. I took my cash and ran. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere respectable and reasonable!

Luay was great to work with. He gave us a great deal on a used Prius and immediately addressed an issue we discovered shortly after purchase at no charge. After months of looking for a used Prius we got a great deal from Luay and he was transparent and honest through the process.

Like most folks, I enjoy shopping for a used car about a much as a trip to the dentist. After visiting a couple of other dealers in the area I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my experience at Fast Trax. The staff was respectful, courteous and fun. Ask for Luay he makes things happen!

Highly recommend Fast Trax Auto. Went into the dealership expecting an arrogant pushy sales person. That was not the case. Dealt with Hani and he made the whole experience at Fast Trax smooth and comfortable! The car is great and was priced lower than its worth. Will do business with Fast Trax again for sure!!!

My wife and I recently went looking for a 2003 – 2005 Toyota Highlander Limited, and found Fast Trax through our internet searches. Luay met us on site, and showed us to a beautiful 2004 Highlander Limited, exactly what we wanted. Low mileage, great condition. Luay had fixed up all the little things himself. Apparently, he buys the cars at auctions and sales, and fixes them up.
Our vehicle passed both a dealer inspection and a Carfax check with flying colors. We drove it, loved it, and then bought it, within the same week. After buying it, we noticed a couple of very minor cosmetic issues, and called Luay about them. He told us bring the car back, and he made the repairs right there and then, no charge. It’s been 4 months now, and we couldn’t be happier.
Luay is a great guy. Very nice, and very knowledgeable. Fast Trax doesn’t have a huge inventory (Maybe 40 cars) but the cars have been selected personally by Luay, and tuned up himself. We LOVE our used car, and very highly recommend Luay and Fast Trax to anyone.

I just got my new ride from Luay at Fast Trax,
I had been to dealerships and was not looking forward to trading in my car and finding a new one — a friend sent me to Luay. He was different from ALL the other car salesman that I had been dealing with. Love my new ride and didn’t feel like i was taken for a ride, if you know what I mean! I will go back to him and refer all my friends to him!
He even payed for an extended warranty, though since it’s a Honda car Idon’t think I will need it

Didn’t buy a car there and here’s why. Went to check a car out and then went back a few weeks later ready to deal. As soon as I said I was interested and wanted to take the car to checked at a local dealership, Luay lost a lot of interest and started fiddling with his phone. Your not supposed to seem too excited about a sale but cmon, he spent the entire time we were together texting on his phone.
In the end, was told that there was a leak in the head gasket. I was still interested in purchasing the car and having it repaired. Then I lost all interest when Luay started discussing a warranty for the car instead of the price. He spent the entire time talking about how great these types of cars are then said how he didn’t really like this particular model.
Car is still there and its now offered with a warranty but still at the same asking price.
