Our business works to make sure everyone who comes into the Blue Moon feels welcome and feels at home. We specialize in making sure you all have a good time. We have great bartenders that can make great drinks for a reasonable price. we have 7 TV’s we have NFL so we can watch all the football games and great food on Sundays. We have wings and chili dogs on Monday night football. We are here to make sure you have fun at the Blue Moon Saloon… the first drink is on us, just check in at the blue with yelp and you will receive a free. well or domestic beer or wine… thanks for checking us out. ps remember to have all your birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties etc. we have the cocktails and music a a great place for your special event.

History

Established in 1999.

We bought the bar from Wanda in 1999 and we have all worked hard for the last 14 years to make the Blue Moon a great bar. we have a pool table a great juke you can play anything you feel like hearing. we have 7 tvs to watch what ever you want to watch, we have good food on special days and its just a fun place to hang out. come on down and have some fun and meet some nice people. We have great bartenders that have been here for years.

I’ve been in the business since 1982 worked in a beer bar in 1982 El Cerrito The Happy Hour, went to Wanda’s, The Office in Albany for 10 years, then the White Knight in El Cerrito where I was for the last 10 years. The restaurant was sold, as were all the other bars. then we bought Wanda’s in 1999, changed the name to The Blue Moon Saloon and the rest is history.
