I just got finished with my one year lease at Vista Bella Apartments. I can’t tell you how much I LOVED Kim as a manager! I was a bit nervous since I had no previous rental history, but she completely worked with me and entrusted me with no co-​signer. Throughout the year she attended to any and every concern or request that I had and was so sweet about it. The SDG&E went out one night and she wet around to everyone door and left a note saying she would be providing pizza and drinks for dinner. I thought this was so nice of her that she went above and beyond for her tenants. She constantly set up little get togethers for everyone in the apartment complex to get to know each other with snacks, food and drinks. Thank you so much Kim for everything this past year, you made me feel comfortable in where I was living and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
