After several rides I’ve come to the conclusion they are inconsistent and
unreliable. The disorganized owner spaces out his appointments, or shows
up late without notice. Also, driving habits were unsafe. Anonymous

My sister was visiting and needed to find a cab to take her to the airport. We called the morning before, booked a reservation and then called again that evening to reconfirm. When we reconfirmed, they had all her information, repeated it back and said see you in the morning. Cab never showed up. We called numerous times, it just rang and rang. Called another cab company immediately, but the wait time was too long. I ended up driving my sister to the airport at 5am and she BARELY made her flight. You obviously can not rely on this company. Good thing I was up and my husband was home to watch our son. Otherwise she would have missed her flight, incurred all those expenses related to missing her flight as well. Really inexcusable… don’t accept reservations if you cant follow thru especially when you know its to bring someone to the AIRPORT.
