I have had such a wonderful experience at this office. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. I have not had a problem getting an appointment. Love this place

The dentist and hygienists are the best. The billing problems I was having are fixed!

My wife and I have been going here for several years and our 11 year old has been going for about the last 3 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the office is very clean. We always make appointments, but have been squeezed in when something comes up (like a cracked crown). My wife and child both worry about dentists and pain, like many, but neither has ever had any problems with this and neither have I. I do not think they take any HMO insurance and only take PPO’s, which ours is. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and have been very happy with the work they have done on me and my family.

It has been a year since my last dentist appointment and I loved my old dentist but having just moved to California I needed someone new. I have to say from the minute I walked in I felt welcome and everyone was so nice! The assistant, the lady at the front and the dentist were all so awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist :) :) Everyone was very happy and conversational and I am looking forward to my next appointment :)

Angie is super friendly, outgoing and just overall amazing. Dr. Renae is a great dentist and I would highly recommend her and her staff. If you must go to the dentist, you must go to Dr. Renae.

I haven’t had dental insurance since 2011, needless to say I need some work done. The staff is amazing and so is Dr. Wilson. My first cleaning too about 45 minutes and I needed to come back for some fillings. I was in and out in literally 20 minutes for the fillings. It’s a very comfortable and friendly environment. I would recommend her to anyone!

My boyfriend has been using Renae Wilson as his dentist for years. Even though we live about 20 minutes away, he insists on driving there to use her. He sees on assistant and I see another, but both are super friendly and fun to be around (if you have to get a cleaning!). The best part is though they are reasonably priced and do quality cleanings. I’ve had other dentists offices try to up sell me when I came in for a cleaning or charge me more than agreed. This office has a reasonable $ 95.00 cleaning and work with me since I don’t have insurance. The staff is always friendly and Renae is a pleasure to talk to. Plus I trust her to tell me what my teeth need, not what she’d like to sell me.

I came here for a cleaning and Dr Wilson made me feel right at home. She is also a very good photographer and has alot of pictures of the many vacations that she takes with her family posted around her office. She is also very chatty. It was difficult to chat back with her working on my teeth.

I went to Dr. Wilson for a brief stint when I was searching for a new dentist. I had a crown done by her. She was very nice and friendly But I have to say my crown looks terrible very fake and also ill fitting… I soon after treatment developed tooth pain in the tooth next to the newly installed crown and went back to her in pain and she simply sent me to see an endo who could not figure out what tooth it was. Duh! Now I’m in very good hands with a new dentist and he will need to take out all the crown work and clean out the tooth canal cuz Dr. Wilson did a poor job. And the tooth next to it is now in jeopardy! Really? This is not OK and I spent all that money for Nothing. So I have to say I’m learning a lot about tooth health and my experience with Dr. Renee Wilson was very disappointing and expensive mistake. I am sorry for this less than stellar review but it is what it is. I did really like all of the ladies that work there, including Dr. Wilson.

Let me start by saying that I am, or was, terrified of the dentist. Or at least, until I came here.
Everyone here is so nice and talks to you like a person, not «just a patient». They make sure you understand and help you fine solutions for whatever your needs may be.
Today I went and got two fillings with no numbing. Yes, I was just as shocked. However, she told me if I wanted to be numb, she would do it. I decided to be brave and try without it first. There was absolutely NO PAIN. Just the irritating sound of the drill.
I was so happy when I walked out of there! I know that not only are they helping me brighten and upgrade my smile, but they are there because they want to be and they want to help!

Great great great office! Love all the ladies there. Big thumbs up!

Angie Van Every is the best dental hygienist ever! Dr. Wilson is a great dentist too, super friendly, very reasonable and has developed a very laid-​back atmosphere, and I really like that they have early and late appointments. But to be honest, most my trips to the dentist are just to get my teeth cleaned every 4 months, and so I spend a lot more time w/​the hygienist than the dentist.
Angie is excellent at her job — very thorough and really skilled, but the best part is that she is just SO bubbly and fun to talk to, and she really cares about you and remembers what you’ve been up to. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned just to spend an hour or so catching up with her.
I live in Point Loma, and drive all the way to El Cajon just to get my teeth cleaned by Angie (and I don’t drive East for ANYthing) so that shows you how awesome she is. Thanks Angie!

Dr. Wilson is my dentist and she is the best dentist I have ever had! My girlfriend and her family go to her and thats how I found out about this place. The receptionist and dental assistants are super nice. I dig Dr. Wilsons style too. She is only open Monday-​Thursday so she always gets 3 day weekends. Thats how I would run my business if I ever had one ;-). Appointments are easy to make and its always a quick in and out once you are there. If you live in/​near El Cajon/​Santee and need a great dentist come here. You will be glad you did!
