Pro Nails

Helena does my nails and is wonderful! I LOVE that she doesn’t take walk-​ins. I get pink and whites and I’m always in and out in 45 min to an hour! She gets to know her clients and it’s a pleasure to get my nails done!

I have been going to Pro Nails for several years and am extremely happy with both my pink & whites fills, and pedicures. The polish used when getting a pedicure lasts for several weeks. Halena is a doll. Makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend Pro Nails.

I have been coming here for many years. Halena is fantastic and very professional. This isn’t a large shop like many nail places are nowadays; Which I like because I feel like I am the focus during my appointment instead of listening to the ladies talk amongst themselves like they do at the larger places. The staff is great and I always recommend them. If you’re looking for quality, I recommend Pro Nails. If you’re looking for just a quick walk in cheesy place, go someplace else.

I have gotten my nails done here for years. They are reasonably priced and do a fabulous job. Because they do such a great job it is important to schedule an appointment a few days in advanced. Scheduling appointments is easy and can be done via text message which is great for my schedule.

I tried to get my nails done yesterday. The shop closed at 7pm I was there at 235pm there was no wait and the women that was working told they can’t take my business. I was very disappointed and I hope I was not being judged because I’m African American. Well I went to nail spa plus and Tony did a great job

Nope. Nope. Nope. Ten years ago, when I first moved into the area I dropped into this place for a pedicure. It was a weekday and my kids were in school. There is a big sign in the window that says,“WALK INS WELCOME.” So I walked in. Well, there were three employees there. Two were engaged with their clients. The other one said they couldn’t take me today. I left and thought I would never go back because there are nail places on every block and I was sure I would find some place I would like.
So today, I’m still looking for a good place. And someone recommended this place so I thought if give it another try. Same sign is still in the door and guess what? They can’t take me. Saturday morning. Three people working. She says make an appointment. That’s not the point. Take down your sign if you’re not taking walk ins!
Lesson learned. Not going back. EVER.

I have been going to Halena for the past 6ish months and I will never go to anyone else. Halena just gets it. She is very professional and she is the best in her profession. Besides it being extremely affordable ($ 30 full /​$ 20 fill) I love there there are only three nail stations. I LOVE that there aren’t 10+ stations, the phone ringing off the hook and people running around everywhere. When I see Halena (which is every two weeks) I know that my nails are going to look fabulous and I’ll be able to actually relax a little.
I believe people are writing bad comments because they did not make an appoint. All three ladies are busy (they are the best so of course they are busy). Make an appointment and you wont be sorry!

I have never religiously gone to ONE nail salon… Until Helna did my toes. I love getting French on my toes but the sun can make them look slightly yellow or they just chip… I know it sounds crazy but I will never not have acrylic on my toes. I see Helna about every 3 – 4 wks to get my toes done. I absolutely love them and never have to worry about them with the gel over the acrylic they are perfectly shiny all 3 or 4

I have been a customer for 15 years. Helena is always willing to accommodate a time change for my appointment, when necessary, and she does a great job. I have acrylic French nails every two weeks either redone or filled. Tina does my pedicure and is very good… I love the message chair while you are having the pedicure done. I know they have a lot of regular customers, but they do their best to accommodate walk-​ins.

AMAZING place. I don’t know where these bad reviews are from. But this place is perfect. The prices are great! $ 30 for full set of acrylics. $ 20 for a fill. They have wonderful service, and clean facility, and did my nails SO much better than another high rated salon I went to! :D
Edit: so I’ve been going to this salon for a few months now. And I’ve only been disappointed once. That was when I got a different manicurist than my usual. She was super sweet, but did just clear and gel overlay. And the gel was sloppy and the nails were unshaped. So lesson learned. GO TO MINDY: D
And make sure to make an appointment!

Came in as a walk in for a spa pedicure; the girl looked at me and said we are too busy and have too many appointments to help you. Please come back during a weekday and we might be able to fit you in. So I said Thank You and went across the street and guess what they took me right away and they were busy! I will never step foot into this place ever again. Your not that special Pro Nails in fact you are a dime a dozen.

Was the worst experience. my granddaughter and I went in for a mani and pedi. we asked if they could do us both. the response was yes pick your color and have a seat at the chair

I verified we both wanted manicures and pedicures. she started the pedi on me was the fastest I had ever had, she starts my granddaughter, sloppy nail painting, on my granddaughter After the pedicure she says. You have to come back in 2 our to get manicure. I looked at her and said what? I have to take care of lady over their then can do your manicure. she new that if she said she could not do both we would have left and she would not have gotten nothing. So she deceived us and
us to pay 35 for each or pay 40 each and come back in 2 hour. I told her I am paying 20,00 dollars half of the mani pedi price gave her forty dollars and left what a scam she gave. Will never go in there again. What other tricks would they pull?
