Prince Wireless & Optical

I broke the frame of my glasses a couple of days ago while on vacation. I took them into Costco in Phoenix hoping they could help me, but the optical dept. there told me they would need to be soldered. I read the great reviews for Prince Optical and decided now that we’re home to give them a try.
There were two gentlemen in the store. The younger one told me that the glasses could be fixed and asked if I could wait for about 5 – 10 minutes. I waited and chatted with him while the older man took my glasses into the back.
In less than ten minutes my glasses were back in my hands frame intact – and I paid NOTHING! The younger man told me that he would usually charge about $ 5 for the type of repair I needed, but since it was my first time in the store, he was more interested in having me come back again.
The store is spotless, and there is a large selection of eyeglass frames on one side, and cell phones and accessories on the other. I will definitely come back here again! You can’t beat their excellent work and customer service!

Great customer service! Aeven and Seva are very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. They steered me in the right direction to help me choose a new smart phone and a new service plan. My contact list was expertly transferred from my old flip phone to my new smart phone without a hitch. Even though they were busy, and there were time-​consuming problems with my old carrier releasing my number, I never felt rushed. They even gave me a quick lesson and tips on how to work my new phone, as well as some encouraging words of confidence. It is comforting to know that if I ever need help, I can stop in or call. I feel they really value my business. I will be back for eyeglasses and repairs when the need arises. I recommend this business highly.

In travel from Utah to San Diego I broke my glasses and forgot my car charger at the hotel! Exactly wow, how perfect to find this place! A place to fix my glasses and get a smart phone charger all in one. At first I simply felt very fortunate, when I realized it was all available in one place, but what made it amazing was the superb service, the caring staff, the charming and friendly environment and the lovely setting in which it is located. Among a lot of fun, Middle Eastern sweet shops and markets. And truly the care I received was superb. I was offered many options for chargers, given a great price and the young man who fixed my glasses told me he did not feel it was fair to charge it was only one screw that had fallen off. I highly, highly recommend Prince Wireless & Optical.

This place is almost always busy! If you wanna know how long you’ll be there, call in and ask if they’re busy. It can sometimes be a little disorganized, but other than that, the service is great. Technology wise, they’re smart. They’ll help you get your phone working. They have really cool accessories and phone cases for sale as well. A new addition is that they now sell glasses as well. Glasses and cell phones? Unique. But if you need something on your phone fixed or just want a new phone case, try this place :)

I swear they are the best bc tgey are honest and always give really the advice tobyhe customer not like other wireless stores and they really honest for example j fixed my phone with great job and instead of pay them $ 50 i paid § 100 was actually my mistake and on that time i left the store si what happend they came runing ti give the rest of my money bc i felt this the best place i recommend for ever
