This is a long time coming.
I love fast, and efficient service.
This hidden Gem is a life saver.
Initially I went to get my Live Scan for my employer.
I was expecting an excruciating long wait.
This was not the case. I was in and out,
So I decided to go back and mail a package again…
they were fast and so friendly!
I feel in love! So if you need to send an important package or buy the most thoughtful birthday card check this place out.
I was looking at their website and they offer key duplication, car registration, passport photos… and so much more.
Let’s just say I will be back :)

Wow. What wonderful and gracious service here. I mailed out ‘Christmas in a box’ to my deployed spouse and as I’m ready to pay they reply ‘secret Santa is taking care of this bill’!!! Through tears and shock I was able to express my gratitude! Better yet– my three young boys were able to witness and rejoice in this selfless act.

Not only are they amazing, but they’re AMAZING!!! These ladies really know there stuff! They are quick to help answer questions and there are no huge lines, like at the post office! Best part is the service. All the ladies are very nice and Carrie has a cheerful disposition and contagious laugh! I would go in just so she would cheer me up with her laughter! Only postal place you should ever visit!

This is the best postal center I have ever been. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful… when I am there I feel like I am hanging out with family… the owner is wonderful! Plus they have a lot of cute knick knacks. I can spend an hour looking around!

Just left a mailing store with a big smile on my face because Carrie and her store were so sweet! I went in to mail a package and was surprised I could get cute key copies and adorable house slippers all while having a pleasant conversation: D

Who gets so freaking excited by a postal center? This lady right here. I can’t convey how nice they are every time I go in. I’ve always been waited on by different ladies, and they are always so pleasant. I had some of my photos framed and shipped to a buyer in Massachusetts, and these really large pieces of art arrived there without a scratch.

I have been using this postal service for at least 6 years now. The staff is kind, courteous, and extremely professional. I would have always rated them 5 stars. Recently I had an issue with my taxes at no fault of the Postal Center. The owners went above and beyond the call of duty. They met with me outside of business hours to get to the bottom of my tax situation. They made phone calls and met me at the local post office to get me answers as to what happened to my mail. This was so above and beyond anything I had ever seen especially since this was nothing at all there issue. I would rate them 100 stars if I could. I want people to know that this is an amazing business and you will receive above and beyond customer service and support. Thank you, thank you thank you Postal Center Plus !!!

The staff is WONDERFUL! Carrie, Kia and Amanda are very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. The service has always been exemplary. The rates are very competitive and affordable.
They also offer additional services and products such as Notary, Passport Photos, key making, and the always appreciated, retail supplies. If you have never utilized these services, you are missing out. Stop by today and see for yourself!

I have been going here for years. I had the US Mail send a package back saying it leaked. Well Postal Center Plus packed it for me and knew my contents had not leaked but had been leaked upon. They took care of it directly with the US Mail and called to let me know what happened and that the package was on it’s way to TN again.
Another time I was out of town and needed to make sure a package had arrived on time. Unfortunately I had left the tracking information at home. I called and asked them to check for me and was able to confirm the package had been signed for. Like I said I’ve been going here for years,

Just left Postal Center Plus. I am so unhappy. About three weeks ago I went in to the center to return a medical garment that didn’t fit. I paid insurance and postage that was somewhere around $ 14. The girl that packed my parcel couldn’t get it to fit into the bag she selected to put it in. Then she had my husband’s name on the screen and I told her mine needed to be on the package. She assured me my name would be on the package no matter what name was showing…
CONFUSED:
So here it is August 12^th and my husband receives a note saying that the package was undeliverable, but for another fee they will re-​mail it. What a gimmick! Since the girl assured me my name would be on the package and I paid for the parcel I do not understand why they sent a note to my husband. I also do not understand why since I put the doctor’s name on it they couldn’t deliver it (but this was a UPS problem). Is it no wonder that the whole mail system is failing they can’t get it right…
The whole thing is a fiasco so now I know what I will be doing tomorrow. Driving the darn thing to the doctor instead of trusting a postal service to deliver it.
Postal Center is overpriced and under informed.

What a friendly and helpful staff! After calling to inquire about a notary onsite, I learned there is always someone there who does notary when they’re open, which is what I needed on a Saturday. This will be my go-​to place for packing and mailing boxes, faxing and notary needs.

I was overwhelmed by the service. I called 15 minutes before closing because I had something that had to be postmarked today. They offered to wait for me to get there even though I had not been there before but I will be back.

Great rates on there P O Boxes and very friendly service. I received a card from a family member who got everything wrong about my address and the card still got too my mail box with a note asking if this was mine. They actually care about all there customers and very sweet owners.

I love Carrie and her staff. Carrie is always very helpful. Carrie has service with a smile.
