Pizza Hut

Great customer service! They even accommodated for us due to being unable to fulfill our original order. Definitely coming back!

I had the worst pizza ever here! This was not the first or second time here. I use to love Pizza Hut as a kid! But now it’s horrible! It’s so bad I just can’t stop talking to people about it. Dead to me Pizza Hut. :(

Just received our pizza that took over an hour to be delivered! Our large triple cheese crust is cold and obvious it had been sitting out for quite some time. Definitely will be calling Dominos in the future!

Stopped in quick for dinner never go out for pizza but had coupons. Cashier didn’t know how to ring the coupons up. Got manager and still charged me full price had to ask for napkins plates a to go bag everything he basically just pointed to where it was at no customer service at all and we were the only ones in there. Thank god we don’t eat pizza much but know we won’t be rushing back there anytime soon

The restaurant was not busy, yet the cashier was rude and unwilling to help. She called back for another cashier who did not appear to know what he was doing. The wait was exceptionally long for a small order. When the order did arrive the marinara sauce was running — it looked like red water, not sauce. I asked the cashier about it and she simply said that it was hot and would thicken up as it cooled, I refused to take it. She also forgot to give me my drink, when I brought this to her attention, she gave me my drink and never apologized — she acted as if I was inconveniencing her! I have worked in customer service for years and I expect more out of a large company such as Pizza Hut. This store needs to be looked into, it is not the first time I have had poor customer service from them.

I usually order online pick up from this place. The food is usually ready within the time estimated.

Stopped by this Pizza Hut before I went to Regal Cinema next door. They had recently opened at 11 AM so the were not %100 ready. I ordered a Supreme P’zone which is a folded pizza crust folded over like a calzone stuffed with Italian sausage, cheese, green peppers, and onions. The P’zone was good. The crust to filling ratio leaned heavier on the crust side. The filling was good. It also came with a side of marinara sauce.
I also ordered 8 medium buffalo wings, at .50 per wing, and a soft drink. Unfortunately, after I was waiting for about 5 minutes, a man who I presumed was the manager proceeded to explain to me that there would be a delay with the wings because the fryer was acting up. He told me the wings would take about 5 – 10 minutes longer and would come after my P’zone. He told me he would add a couple of more wings at no charge. The wings were spicy and heavy on the breading as well. They were tasty, but kind of skinny on the meat.
I thought the tables and bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The place is small and appears to conduct more carry out then dine in. All together my meals was about 11 bucks.
