I love this store especially their grooming department. Everyone is super nice but I usually always have Ivanna the wonderful experienced lady with multicolored hair!!! She is always soo eager and happy to help and makes sure that I always leave content when it comes to grooming Rockie. I have seen the wonderful work she does first hand and can see the dedication and love she has for the animals. I have never had any type of bad experience and Rockie just loves her!!! If you are looking for a dedicated honest groomer Ivanna is the one to go to!

I love this petco.
The puppy classes are wonderful!
Lots of selection and wonderful variety of all products.
Everyone is so helpful and very informative with any products or questions.
They always have great demos and the demo staff member was extremely helpful in finding the right puppy kibble for my snoopy.
Im here every sunday for the puppy 1 class and Trish is the absolute best!!! Only 2 classes and ive learned so much!
Im so glad this is close to my house, its the best!

Yuki is amazing! Always does a great Job making my dog feel comfortable. This is a scary experience for my dog but Yuki definitely makes it much better for her. Don’t forget to tip Yuki she deserves it!!!

Took my dogs here twice for grooming and Cindy did a great job! I took my dog here today and had a foul mouth girl with multicolored hair cut my dog’s hair by the name of Ivana. I requested Cindy and was very specific and verified she would be working on my dog. Ivana ended up cutting her hair and was really upset. Needless to say, my yorkie now looks like a miniature fawn because she got butchered by this woman. Never take your dog here!!! I gave one star for the store itself which is nicely stocked.

I love to shop for a pet supplies at the store. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They will even carry large bags of dog food out to your car for you. They have a large assortment of pet toys and they’re fun to look at it. There is lots of parking and it is next to a Starbucks.

My wife and I have a Shih tzu and we had made an appointment for my him to be groomed at 11:00 o’clock. we dropped him off at the grooming desk in the back of the store, the woman that took him said he will be ready in two hours. Well three hours pass and my wife called to see why is it taking say so long. The manager got on the phone and said that they were short staffed today and that it is going to be done at 4:00 o’clock and that she thought we didn’t need him back at the time she said he would be ready. The biggest problem we had with PET-​CO is them not calling and telling us that they wont be able to finish grooming our dog and assuming that we are not going to pick him up at the time they said he was going to be done. Prior to this, there has been several incidences where they had given our dog a sloppy hair cut where we have had to complain to them to fix problems that shouldn’t be a issue and besides all this we haven’t even talked about the «price»…

The groomers are nice but I always ask for a puppy shave and they end up leaving the hair on the tail! Which makes me mad because what’s the point of a puppy shave, so don’t forget to mention ALL AROUND. Also my dog is a cocker/​terrier mix so she is medium size and for a full groom with bath and nail costs around $ 75. I would try a local dog groomer, you would just be paying for the brand …

It took 7 rings before my call was answered,.and the person who answered the phone seemed exasperated! I asked to be transfered to grooming,.I was on hold 10 min… before I hung up. Comepletely dissatisfied with this experience.

I love this Pet-​co, no the prices are not amazing, Pet-​co is just not that company with amazing prices, but the customer service is awesome. The manager and the rest of the staff are always so helpful, and the manager especially seems to really love all the animals that come in and visit the store as well as she is very informed about the products they carry. My husband and I go very out of our way to come to this Pet-​co specially despite there being another one just down the road. I typically would make fun of a happy feeling review over a pet store, but hey, I love my animals:)

Grooming dept is fantastic, kind customer service! My dog was came outta there looking like a new one!!! Very white lol! Highly recommended!!! Staff seem to have alot of knowledge and experience after i prodded with many questions about Huskies etc.

I enjoy coming to this Petco with my nieces when they need to pick up a few things for their pets. I enjoy checking out all the nice animals they have. The employees are always very nice and knowledgeable.
I like that they are very informative and helpful when my nieces need help because I haven’t a clue most of the time. I can tell that the employees here, really enjoy what they do, and most importantly, care about the animals.
Rumor has it Tweety Bird frequents this place…

I like everything about this PETCO, except for one thing: the manager. This lady, short and stocky, has a serious attitude problem which is totally hilarious because the rest of her staff is freaking awesome! The groomers are great, the people behind the registers are great, and they are always willing to assist you in any way. It is my dog’s favorite store to go into, to him, it is almost as fun as going on a walk.

A small but functional petco. Large fresh water fish section. Carries a variety of other live animals. Staff was nice. 15 day replacement on animals bought if you ph measures out right.

The groomers are helpful. I’ve brought my pup in a couple times ’cause his anal glands kept getting full (dog owners holla — you know what I’m talkin about!) and the staff has, on more than one occasion, taken him in and *ahem* relieved the problem — free of charge, on the spot.
They’ve done us right by by not just taking our money for unnecessary services.
The store itself is unimpressive — looks a little old and small, but the people behind the register are always friendly. We’re return customers!
