History

Established in 2008.

After spending so much of my time volunteering with Pit Bull Rescue San Diego, I decided that I wanted to find a way to spend more time with dogs. I felt really strongly about the importance of structure and training and decided to pursue some education in the field. Completed Animal Behavior College in 2006 and worked at Petco as a Canine Education Instructor for over a year then decided to go out on my own. I love working with dogs and their owners and seeing their reactions when they achieve their training goals with their furry friend!

Business Owner

Amanda is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CPDT) and uses only positive reinforcement training methods including clicker training. She completed her courses through Animal Behavior College. Amanda is an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and a Professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She also is an active member of a local rescue and volunteers her time at local county animal shelters. Amanda is the proud doggy parent of 3 dogs-​a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a Pit Bull and a long haired Chihuahua.
