I decided to give this location one star bc of bad costumer service I went to get a part today I was in line after line is over the person with long beard when it was my turn he didn’t even respond to me or say hi can I help u nothing attitude after I left I called the shop to talk with the witch his name is shaun didn’t let me to talk with any one not with the store manager I don’t recommend this location of napa

I came in on a Friday 10 minutes before closing. I could see that the worker was not thrilled that I had just walked in. The customer service was great and he helped me with everything I needed. Thanks again. They easily could of told me to come back in the morning like most places would of done.

Had a starter go out on warranty.
NAPA El Cajon had it shipped in ASAP at there cost.
This was for our 1974 GMC motor home.

Buyer beware! Worst customer service of any auto parts store I have ever been to. I have been a mechanic for 20 years and this NAPA has the worst customer service by far.
