The inspiration to start My Somatic Bodywork stems from our own personal healing journeys. We draw upon our inner experiences to create a positive therapeutic alliance with our clients, invoking an empathic understanding of their own experiences and goals.
What we love most about our job is that people feel better after they receive a massage. We love working with our clients, guiding them to their own self-healing through massage and bodywork.

David and Stephanie L.
Business Owner
David and Stephanie work to help clients remember their body/mind connection and balance. Stephanie and David have studied Deep Tissue Sculpting, Sensory Re-patterning, Rhythmic Deep Tissue Blends, Chair massage, Table Thai ®, and Swedish. They have also trained in trauma therapy Somatic Experiencing, and body energy modalities including Reiki (Master), Cranial-Sacral, and JinShin. David and Stephanie are also trained Substance Use Disorder Counselors and bring compassionate healing for clients self recovery.
