Worst customer service ever!!! I walked in & there was at least 3 people in the front by the drive-thru & kitchen & non of them bother to smile or tell me someone would be right with me( White guy with gray collar shirt looked at me, looked away) !! Makes me mad because I’m in the customer service industry! U til some Mexican young guy(glasses & was wearing a blue collar shirt) comes takes my order dosent ask me How’s it going or anything just if I’m ready to order like wtf. His energy of working there was maybe a 1 out 10! Well i wanted to use some coupons he said no only 1 per customer which i have used couple coupons same day just different transaction. I was already mad by the whole experience so ughh just didn’t say anything. He Took my order then went to the back & chit chat more with other employees maybe that’s why the drive thru always takes forever! … one thing time was good got my drinks & the only reason why I’m giving a star because of a young white girl with glasses & gray collar shirt yelled my order asked if I needed anything else & told me to have a good night props to her & only her !! Anyway came home no ketchup I didn’t k own we were supposed to ask why not offer it? Anyway will not be returning back experience was horrible I’ll drive a little further & get better service somewhere else.

One worker he was very rude and did nothing but speak to his other co workers and completely ignored me. When I got my food I found spit inside like saliva, also the Paty was uncooked. Terrible customer service the food and administration needs to check this place as soon as possible. There are serious health risks at this place.

Staff and crew are friendly and accommodating to customers. The new chef crafted burgers and chicken are tasty compared to McDonald’s traditional big Mac and cheeseburger. The restaurant was clean including the restrooms. The only thing disappointing was the«food preparation crew» sanitation. I was able to observe after our meal the cleanliness of preparing the food. Although the crew wore disposable gloves in food handling, the crew did not replace gloves when attending to other functions within the prep area. We observed the crew cleaning the counter and swabbing the floor but afterwards still used the same disposable gloves(did not change to new gloves) in handling new food in the counter. We were very disappointed after the fact. Hope the manager or franchise read this so they can address the issue.

Friendly crew. Good salty fries. New buffalo bacon sandwich was delicious with the crispy chicken

This location doesn’t honor advertised pricing specials — specifically the Filet-o-Fish Friday that every other location around offers. When I ordered the sandwiches at the drivethru, the total came to over $ 8. When I questioned the price and asked about the Friday special price, the voice over the intercom stated that this special«was over in April or something». Umm, no.(This is advertised on commercials, flyers, billboards and on the sides of buses folks. Get a clue.)

What a shame on Mc Donalds, what a shame!!! Today I ordered kids meal for my son, the cashier told me the hamburger comes with onion and pickles. I asked her to remove the onion and pickles and put instead one slice of tomato. she said of course. when the receipt printed out, I have noticed that they have charged me $ 0.49 for the slice of tomato, I talked with the manager and told him this is shame that you charge me such amount for one slice of tomato, even 1lb of tomato is cheaper. He said sorry but this is not me, it is Mc Donalds policy. I told him that I will publish their receipt on the Internet so everyone can see how greedy you are. If you visit In&Out, they will gladly put extra onion and tomato without any extra charges.

When I went to this McDonalds I ordered an iced coffee to very soon later find a huge bug in my cup, HOWGROSS!!! I posted a pic of it on this Unilocal if you want to see! I almost puked when I found out it was in there. Rushed back to show them what they just served me and the manager really didn’t care she said«just like your house bugs get in places» NOTMYFOODORICEDCOFFEE!!! She offered to make me a new one WHAT?! I ended up getting a refund, but they didn’t care at all its obviously a normal thing, and they did nothing to fix the problem. Gross definitely not going to this location EVER again!

Just now getting around to this review. I went to this McDonalds a cashier at the drive through was extremely rude, pushy and snobby. She ended up messing my whole order up. When I called to inform them of the situation they offered me a free meal for when I come in due to my issues. When I came in the manager was a bitch. Let’s be honest she was a complete bitch. Snobby. Arguing with me about getting the meal they told me I was entitled to. She has glasses and is older with her hair In a pony tale and then treated me as if I was her employee with an extremely rude attitude. You guys have horrible customer service and you may wanna work at that.

08−06−14 Store # 5006 886 Fletcher Parkway El Cajon, CA Drive through time 10:29AM, just made it. From the breakfast menu we ordered two sausage biscuits, two scrabbled eggs, two hash browns, large diet coke, and a cup of water. I pull up to the drive through window and I’m told by the drive through window hostess«sorry we stopped serving beakfast». Huh… Seriously… I requested the manager which I rarely ever do. I don’t believe the person I spoke with in the drive through was the manager, however we got our breakfast. I should have just let it go… Now to the food we were served… The biscuits were minus the sausage patties, the hash browns were not fully cooked at all, the eggs were under cooked too and there were no utensils in the bag to eat the eggs with. But on the positive side at least they got the napkins, diet coke and cup of water correct so that’s good, lol. Usually when something like this happens I just throw the food out and forget about it, it’s not worth my time or energy to deal with it, but not this time… I called the store first but no answer so I walked in. I let the manager in the blue shirt know how funny it is to purposely ruin an order as is very commonly done at fast food joints if the customer dares to insist for what is right, you take my order and then cancel it when I get to the drive up window 30 seconds later? Then to teach us a Mc-lesson or to Mc-punish us you totally screw the order up. The manager stated it wasn’t done intentionally, yeah sure and elephants lay green eggs and ham when giving birth, please spare me the Mc-rhetoric! I heard on the radio just an hour after this incident that California is dead last in the United States — that would be # 50 out of 50 states — in customer service… How funny and how ironic… I was in a rush so I drove through McDonalds, I’ll stick with the Denny’s or similar from now on or Jacks. And to hear fast food employees want more than minimum wage, that’s to Mc-funny. For the good employees who don’t pull this kind of crap my apologies, every establishment has at least a few good employees and you know who you are.

First the drive through line took forever! Second, I paid for my food and the lady was taking her precious time putting all of the food in the bag. then she gives me my food and says have a great day. And I was already in a hurry so I drove off and she starts yelling and says«WAIT! I forgot to give you your debit card back and receipt!!!» I was thinking it was my fault because I should of known if I got my card back. BUT it’s her job to give it back to me before she gives me my food! Well that’s how other fast food places do it! So I had to reverse back into the window and good thing the person behind me hasn’t moved yet. And she says I’m sorry! And slams the window. I was so mad. I ordered an iced coffee and she didn’t even seal the cover right and spilled in my car! then when I tasted the ice coffee it was WATEREDDOWN! And it has a lot of ice so by the time it melts my ice coffee has become water! The worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to! Bad service and bad coffee!!!

The cashier completely left my hamburger out of my order. Then I had to wait 5 minutes as our food sat on the counter getting cold. The manager literally THREW the hamburger at me without eye contact or an apology. We sat down and they didn’t give Chloe sauce in her Happy Meal, so she went up to the cashier to ask for it. Chloe is 5. The cashier said No. That was it for me. We waited in line for the 3rd time. The manager was there and had the audacity to want to charge me 20 cents. I was like Are you kidding? You messed up my order, threw my food, & now want to charge me for you forgetting her sauce!!! And the playground is dirty, old, and for 3 year olds. I’m furious. NEVER coming back.

Why does something like a Qtr Pounder make me want to eat it, then half way thru make me regret it. Hmph! Nice and clean facility. There are quite a few«homeless» folk that hang out in this strip mall. Kinda of an interesting crowd. Awesome breakfast burritos.
