We have use Lloyd’s pest control for over 10 years, and they have provided excellent service!

I moved into a home in El Cajon and a few days later I began seeing roaches. Immediately notified property management and Lloyds came into the home gave a treatment method and did the job. Within days many of the bugs were gone and about a month later never seen a roach again. Highly recommend these professionals because I have dealt with other companies that you have to have come out over and over again, but with Lloyds they get it done right away. As a business owner I love seeing businesses as Lloyds!

Get Sherry! She is honest & conscientious. We’ve been clients for only one year but Sherry is so straight-​up that we believe she would return everyday if we had a problem. So far, no complaints! We see an ant on the patio, Sherry comes, ants gone!

Had for at least a year. Said they guarantee, still battling ants. The workers were great but materials just don’t do the job. Called to tell them that and maybe I should cancel if they can’t help me and they had no problem canceling me. Strange

Today I was walking through my neighborhood and noticed the Lloyd Pest Control truck driving by… it was really cool that this is one of the few vendors who consistently does the speed limit! I stopped to thank the tech (James) and he was so appreciative that I noticed. He didn’t try to hit me up for business, either, just thanked me for taking the time to talk to him.
I was so thankful I wanted to call the company to let them know about him. I asked for a card and it showed the El Cajon address with an 800 number listed. After a brief menu, I was able to press 0 and get a customer service rep immediately. I didn’t catch her name but she was very professional and friendly.
These two folks help give Lloyd Pest Control a good name! Thanks!!!

Hey I wanted to give a shout out to Lloyds Pest Control El Cajon Employees Jayson Rios and Scott Berthaume. They went over and beyond what was needed for my house. After being completely scammed by Corkys Pest Control. (sorry. but yeah. shoutout to scammers) I ended up with a swarm of termites in my living room. I had many companies come and give me quotes. (Btw. Terminix quoted a thousand dollars higher then anyone AND tried to upsell me. so watch out for them too.) So Lloyds came and not only gave me the best rate. they also took out planks from my deck FOR FREE so I can save my tree from being fumigated. (It was touching my deck so I needed a handyman to deconstruct my deck before fuming) So cool guys. Went way beyond what the needed to. 5 stars

I have never had any problems or issues with this company. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our technician is always on time, ready to answer any questions or problems that might arise. Office staff is courteous as well they try to accommodate your schedule.

I have been a lloyds customer since our first home in 1970. Never have had any negative experiences.
I use them for rodents and insects.
Tim the service Tech is always polite, neat and clean and does what he says he is going to do.

Our home’s first service with Lloyd — Excellent. First phone call: J.R. was as helpful as I needed. Gave me the 411 and set the appointments. Termite inspection some days later: Shawn Calnan was the complete professional — great attitude, completed a through inspection with me following along. When I asked about mold he pointedly
told me he was trained in that so could not give advice. That’s a professional; he gave me recommendations concerning termites, fleas, or ants but would not speculate on matters his company does not sell.

ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS!!! I have been battling the WORST infestation of bedbugs for about 6 to 10 months! The worst experience in my life, bar none !!! These little bloodsuckers are next to impossible to kill by yourself, once they get going strong! I tried everything I could get my hands on! NOTHING WORKED! I spent hundreds… I finally called my apartment manager and told them what was going on… They sent Lloyd’s pest down here right away… After four spray treatments, with heavy duty killer spray, I HAVEN’T SEEN A SINGLE BUG!!! Isaac was the technician who did the three final sprays. He was super professional and courteous! Also he was very punctual! He saved us from these little vampires!!! DEE was the manager that came down and did the original assessment on how to treat the house. She was super professional, and helpful on how to prepare for treatment! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! BEYOND FIVE STARS!!! If you ever find yourself cursed with these little vampire bugs, these are the people YOU MUST CALL!!! :) :) :)

I’ve been using Lloyd Pest Control for many years at two residential properties. Service is EXTRAORDINARY and consistent. Just called this morning to remove a critter and they were here within an hour (Service rep texted technician while I was on the phone). They call before they come, show up when they say they will and always are careful with my pets. Rates are reasonable — don’t hesitate to take a contract. Wish all my vendors were this good!

This company came into our condominium complex and took charge of problems that were sorely overlooked by our other (major league) pest control companies. I’m very happy with them, and I’m a Homeowners Association Member!
