I’m a college student so I have to find the best price (insurance) for my vehicle, I shopped around and everybody was really high (guess is has to do with my age) but anyways. Best service, great personality over the phone, really friendly just overall great service. Jennifer Langley’s office is friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable. The customer service here is second to none. All of the associates at this office are capable of answering any questions regarding my policies off the top of their heads. Langley’s office really values their customers; a far cry from anything I’d experienced at at insurance agent before hand.

Jennifer and her crew are great, I have been with them for over 5 year and have never been disappointed. They are always wonderful, and when I had a small accident with the car they were so helpful and knowledgeable, they helped me through ever step in the process. Its so nice to be able to call them and talk to someone remembers who I am and who knows. They have always been great about helping me to understand my insurance and what I need to be protected, I’ve never felt like they were just trying to sell me something and get me out the door like so many other insurance places I’ve been to, they genuinely care about their clients.

I’ve been with State Farm (Jennifer Langley) for over 15 years now. You never know how good your insurance is or how the customer service really is until you need to file a claim. I’ve had my fair share of claims over the years. I have been pleased with the way all of my claims were handled. It’s nice to have an actual person to call when you really need to talk to someone instead of some automated system that sends you to a call center where you never speak to the same person twice.
Loretta, Leanna & Jennifer are great! I would recommend their office to anyone!
